“I ordered on a Saturday night. My payment was taken the same night after it was verified by visa. Two days later, I receive an e-mail that my purchase won't be release until I submit to an extra security check. When I rang I got confused. The reason given to me was my delivery address did not coincide with my billing address but It was clearly written in my receipt that they are the same. I should have given Partyrama a poor rating. However, after the problem was rectified, my purchase was sent right away by FedEx so I scored Partyrama a good score.”

“We ordered the silver posts and red rope chains with silver ends for an 18th Birthday "Red Carpet" celebration. The posts and ropes arrived on the allotted delivery day well packaged. They looked really great and smart with a red carpet and provided the ambiance ready for the grand entrance of our 18 year old step grandaughter. The photos looked great as she made her grand entrance into the party. We have now loaned them out to a friend already for a family celebration next month! Well worth the money and better to buy than to rent. Renting is expensive and we can now loan them out or have the option of selling them and getting some money back.”

Hello and thank you for your feedback. We cannot see that you have contacted us prior to leaving your feedback with us. We sell 100’s of these helium packages every week with only very positive feedback, it’s very unusual for a balloon to burst when not fully inflated.
