“I am happy to report that the customer service team is excellent and goes above and beyond to ensure your satisfaction with the product. I originally bought an item from Amazon, but discovered it did not work on magnetic glass, the folks at Patboard were very helpful in diagnosing my issue and steering me in the right direction. Once I received the glass appropriate materials, I ran into some issues on using them - they have a film covering the back (not actually magnetic) that must be removed first. This film was not obvious to the naked eye, as it was the same color as the back of the sticker itself. I would suggest putting instructions in the box with the glass elements, so the lay person can easily determine how to use them & not have to go through the channels I did to get the answers. Also, perhaps you want to make the film a different color, to make it stand out, make it translucent with something on the back of the item, so one can see it has the film over top. Other than that, the tools are incredibly easy to use. The delivery would have been quick, but the order got held up in customs, as they partial US Govt shutdown affected many areas.”

“The column "stickers" are not sticky enough even with little tension on the bungee cord. We glued magnetic sheets on their back and now they work as they should. It's a pity that this part of the package is unusable out of the box. It took us 1 hour to identify and fix the issue, I just can't believe you did not identify and fix this flaw already. Otherwise, great product. My team loves it, and other teams are jealous of our scrum board ;-) Have a good day Julien. julien.marbach@dental-wings.com”

“We do really like the box https://www.patboard.com/shop/scrum-board-magnets-full-tool-set/ it is very useful and nive We wanted to buy one for each of our teams (4 teams) but it seems to me a very high price, so we bought only one for trial purpose and we are looking for other options The whiteboards are also good enough.”

Bedankt voor je review Sjoerd. De whiteboards worden vaak pas geproduceerd zodra de order binnenkomt. Dit kost jammer genoeg tijd. De exacte leverdatum geven is jammer genoeg niet mogelijk, aangezien de whiteboards geen track and trace hebben. Maar ik waardeer je feedback en dit is zeker wel een punt waar ruimte is voor verbetering, alleen we moeten er nog even nadenken over hoe we dit precies gaan doen. ~Chris

Hoi Sjoerd, Bedankt voor jouw review! Het volgen van de whiteboards is inderdaad niet optimaal. Dit komt omdat dit geen pakketjes met track&trace zijn, maar door de grote afmetingen door andere logistieke partners vervoerd wordt. Hierdoor is de zending niet te volgen. We werken er aan dit te verbeteren, maar zijn hier ook afhankelijk van andere partijen. ^Oliver

“I don't think your board cards should be delivered with a special marker, The markers should be replaceable and not only by your marker but any whiteboard marker. It is easier to find and replace, then to wait for new deliveries.”

Hi Roi, Thanks for your feedback and review! The surface of whiteboards and our cards are totally different. Some whiteboard markers do work with our cards, but only the ones with waterbased ink. Always test on one card and you'll find out! :) ^Oliver
