“Nous avons adopté dans notre équipe vos produits qui sont très organisationnels. Seul bémol à la réception, un des stylos étaient décapuchonnés et du coup il était sec et ne fonctionnait. Comme nous apprécions vos produits, notre employeur (Maison Médicale Jeanne Garnier 106-108 Avenue Emile Zola PARIS 75015) nous a commencé un supplément de cartes magnétiques dont nous avions besoin. Merci pour votre commentaire. Il est regrettable que le capuchon du stylo se soit détaché. L'encre sèche effectivement très vite. Vous pouvez facilement remettre le stylo en état de marche. Humidifiez la pointe avec de l'eau, puis essayez d'écrire sur du papier. Répétez l'opération jusqu'à ce que le stylo fonctionne à nouveau. HiJanine, that is correct. UK is not part of the EU anymore. If you import goods into your country, custom tariffs and taxes apply. The amount charged is determined by your government, we can't do anything about that. Hope you enjoy your PATboard products! :)
