“Je n'ai toujours pas reçu mon produit. Expérience client très moyenne, difficultés de communication avec le service clientèle, le tableau n'est toujours pas expédié. Impossible de connaître la date et l'heure de livraison. Pour un produit haut de gamme comme le votre, je trouve ça anormal ! J'espère que la qualité du produit en lui-même sera à la hauteur de mes attentes.”

Bonne journée Hugo! Quel dommage que vous ayez vécu cela. Nous avons contacté plusieurs fois par email et avons toujours répondu rapidement. Comme indiqué, le tableau blanc sera envoyé après-demain (28-2). Nous avons pris des dispositions pour que le livreur vous appelle le plus tôt possible le jour de la livraison. Ceci en concertation avec vous. Si vous avez d'autres questions, nous serions ravis de vous entendre !

“Ik neem aan dat dit gaat over het "magnetisch" vel dat ik heb gekocht. Ik heb het ook weer teruggestuurd. Het vel is namelijk niet magnetisch. Een magneet wel. En die blijft aan het vel plakken omdat daar denk ik iets van ijzer in verwerkt is. Ik wilde aan het "magnetisch" vel items van ijzer hangen, maar dat ging dus niet. Het is daarom misleidend om het vel als magnetisch aan te prijzen. Bol.com doet dat in overleg met u, neem ik aan. Misschien dat u eens door de advertenties heen kunt lopen zodat dit soort misverstanden vermeden kunnen worden. Ik ga nog wel een tweede poging wagen, want er zijn vellen die aan auto's blijven plakken, dus die moeten wel magnetisch zijn. Met vriendelijke groet, Hans Nuijsink.”

Beste Hans, onze excuses hiervoor. Het betreft hier een productiefout, waardoor het product niet werkt zoals het hoort. We hebben dit inmiddels hersteld.

“The magnets won‘t stick to my whiteboard. I ordered a sample and found that the nano adhesive product would work. The issue though, I have to pay the shipment. Meaning, I paid delivery of the non-functioning product, the return of it, plus the oder of the actually working product. Poor”

Das ist ärgerlich zu hören! Die PATboard-Marker funktionieren immer gut. Wenn Sie andere Marker verwenden, testen Sie immer zuerst auf 1 Karte. Möchten Sie uns kontaktieren, um zu sehen, wie wir dies für Sie lösen können?

Triste d'entendre! Les cartes magnétiques ne fonctionneront pas sur un tableau en verre. Nous avons développé notre gamme de produits nanocups à cet effet. Les autres éléments ne doivent pas être inclus. Je vous ai envoyé un email pour résoudre ce problème.

I see you received the product a week ago. We automatically send a review invite 14 days after ordering. Of course you can wait to give a review after you've used the product. Hopefully after you've used it you're still enthusiastic and leave a new review :-) ^Oliver

“Schlechter Liefer Service Warte seit einer Woche auf mein Paket welches bei Hermes scheinbar verloren gegangen ist. Erst hies es meine Adresse sei nicht verfügbar, daraufhin wollten Sie es zu einer Station zustellen, dafür musste ich schon mehrfach den Support kontaktieren und es ist immer noch nichts passiert. Sehr unzufrieden. Und nur Stress”

Es tut uns leid zu hören, dass es nicht wie geplant verlaufen ist. Soweit ich sehen kann, gab es keinen Kontakt mit unserem Support. Jedenfalls sehe ich, dass in der von Ihnen angegebenen Adresse keine Hausnummer angegeben ist. Ich denke, das ist das Problem. Hi Jonathan, thanks for your feedback. It indeed needed a lot of effort to get you board delivered and it caused quite a delay. I again apologize for this.
