“Die Halterung für die Karten hält kaum ihr eigenes Gewicht. Wenn ich dann noch Karten einfülle, rutscht sie direkt vom Whiteboard. Selbst auf einer Stahltür funktioniert sie nicht. Das ist für den hohen Preis nicht akzeptabel. Ich werde hier versuchen das Magnetband auszutauschen und hoffe, dass es damit dann funktioniert.”

“The pricing is unclear in terms of delivery and postage costs . We had to pay £ 62 on top of our sale price. Buying direct on the suppliers website was also a bad experience as the sale price also worked out more expensive than buying online with Amazon . If you buy the toolkit via the Amazon website you not only get a cheaper price but also get a white board as opposed to buying just the tool kit direct from the supplier on their website. A poor experience”

Thanks for your review. As we already explained to you via e-mail there was a slight price difference due to currency (GBP/EUR) differences. The 62 GBP you had to pay, is mainly VAT and import duties. Which is normal since UK left the EU. VAT can be reclaimed. There is no whiteboard included in the kit. Not on Amazon and not in our webshop.

“Le système plastique au mur est trop fragile, il se fissure en serrant les vis. Évidemment, la 1ère fois on ne peut pas savoir que cela va casser en serrant (manuellement), donc le 1er plastique a cassé. Pas de produit de secours donc j'ai fait du DIY avec un "scratch" double face.”

“magnets did not stick to our "Glass White board for magnets", which was disappointing. We had to reorder sticky cards but our Lean planning packages do not come in sticky, also very disappointing. We are just starting to use the cards, so no feedback yet on how our experience is on that.”

Hi Pieter, I can understand that it is disappointing that the magnets don't work. I hope that the nanocups version for glass will live up to your standards! I am sure that these will stick. Hi Antoine, thanks for your review. Our designer is left handed and he tried to design the cards in a way that they can also be used for left handed people. We will get in touch with you for some ideas how to use them in your case.

“I did pay the order before I did received it. Few time's after I get the board I get notes that I still must pay the order. I do not act. Then I get a telephone to pay my order. I say that I did already payed it. And the check it and it's ok. No sorry... just ok we found it, bye. The product is very good. Receiving the order is very good. The service can better.”

Thanks for your feedback. This is indeed a mistake made by us. My sincere apologies for this. What happened is that we made a special price for the board for you and payment was done by a payment link. These payments are not linked to our administration, causing this mistake.
