Hi Cameron, Thank you so much for taking the time to leave feedback. Creators have a lot of control over how they design and set up their pages. Usually we advise our users to offer a wide range of patch prices and experiences so that there's plenty of choice for guests arriving at their page. Patches can be priced anywhere between £1 and £500 allowing a lot of scope for all budgets. You can also combine various patches to make up the amount you wish to spend. “All the process was fine except for paying, it took me more than 5 tries to finish.”

“It took me three attempts to buy on this site! I was trying to use my credit card to pay and the system wasn’t having any of it so I resorted to PayPal after having to reset my password etc as I rarely use it and had forgotten password. I think this is a great concept but the above issue was irritating 😠”

Thanks so much for taking the time to leave your feedback. We appreciate the experience on the PayPal site can occasionally be frustrating if you are not using a PayPal account to pay. We do offer couples an additional payment option but it is the choice of the gift list creator whether they choose to add it or not. We hope this didn't spoil your experience of using Patchwork and thank you for giving a gift via our service.

Hi there Sophie, Thanks so much for your positive feedback! Patchworks are fully customisable and this includes payment options. We partner with PayPal and Stripe and our users can choose to link their page with one or both of these methods. In this case the page has been set up by the creator only with a card payment option.
