Hi there, thanks for leaving your feedback. Most couples set up their gift registry with patches representing contributions towards an item or experience - this especially makes sense if the item or experience is an expensive one. Doing it this way allows multiple guests to contribute towards a larger item / experience. Patchwork is flexible, so couples can choose to limit the number of times a certain patch can be funded but it is up to the couple themselves how they set up their page. Hi there, thanks for getting in touch. We use global partners PayPal and Stripe for all our payment processing, and we therefore enable our creators to receive cash contributions easily and securely from friends and family all over the world. There may have been a specific issue with your payment on this occasion but we would like to assure you that we are already borderless and although Brexit is not something we are looking forward to, it won't affect our ability to process payments in the UK, Europe and across the globe.

“It would not allow me to use my English debit card which was very frustrating. Fortunately my husband has a PayPal account so we were able to purchase my nephew's wedding gift.”

We are a UK based company and accept debit and credit cards from all over the world so you shouldn't have had an issue with your card, but my apologies that you did. “Love it, but would be nice to be able to edit the way it looks on a phone screen as well, since boxes seem to get moved around (maybe this is possible and I haven't worked out how)!”

Hi Prianka, Thanks for your fab review of Patchwork! As you will have seen, it's easy and fun to rearrange your patches on a desktop but currently the mobile site will pull images through automatically and create a mobile friendly two-patch wide view. We've just redesigned and improved our mobile site, so browsing patchworks is now easier, clearer and better for guests when purchasing wedding gifts! “Good site, easy to use and set up. My only criticisms are that the images you can select from for the patches are way too small and the keyword search doesn't bring up that many relatable images. Secondly, I'm finding setting up my Stripe account quite difficult, but I understand that's an issue with Stripe. Would still recommend to others”
