Hi there, Thanks for your great review. As our site is very much a create-your-own list, we don't have control over how couples set up their pages. It's very much up to them what they add to the list and how they describe what each item is. Because we aren't tied to any retailers, couples can collect cash to spend as and how they wish. If a "patch" is funded a few times for example, they may decide to buy more of that particular item or spend the money on something else instead! “The customer service response was superb when I was having issues trying to pay, and they reassured me that no money had left my account when I was unsure. They ensured that I completed my transaction when I had all but given up on it so it was beneficial to both parties!”

Thanks for your great feedback and comments. Each patchwork page can be customised and made personal, patches can be resized and rearranged, images can be uploaded from users own photos or our image gallery and all text and pricing is set by each user to fit their own needs. The overall look remains consistent so it's always a "patchwork" layout but there's plenty of room for creativity! Best wishes from us all at Patchwork.

“Great concept, absolutely support it! but I might have found a glitch for you to fix. When people set up their patchwork, there are likely to be friends and family members who purchase/fund jointly. The initial form on the site will allow us to complete it as if two people are sending funding together but the card payment will fail or be rejected because that initial form doesn’t match the card’s holders details. You need to expand the card payment section to include a field for card holder’s full name and this stop giving hassle to your customers when trying to make a payment jointly from a bank account that might only be registered against only one of the two”

Hi Sandra & Lee, thanks so much for your support of our site! Also great to hear your feedback on our payment system. The initial form on our site actually isn't linked to any part of the payment form, it just takes the names submitted and copies them on to the messages page. Only the name submitted on the payment form (on the PayPal site) is used to verify your information.

Hi there and thanks for your great review of our site. We do appreciate and understand that not everyone wants to use PayPal to pay for their gift and we do offer an alternative payment method allowing guests to check out on our site with a debit or credit card. However the way our site is designed means that individual creators can choose which payment methods to link to their page and in this case it may be that your friends only chose to link PayPal.
