Hi Ray & Lorraine, Many of our users ask for money towards amazing experiences and the patches can sometimes be priced to represent a proportion of that experience rather than the whole thing. In this way, the gift list is accessible to all guests and can provide items to suit all budgets. For this reason, most couples choose to leave each patch open to be funded multiple times. If the couple end up receiving more than they expected they are free to add extra experiences or choose something extra to treat themselves to! A patchworkit.com gift registry is therefore completely flexible and entirely controlled by the couple themselves. I hope this helps to explain the way the site works a little more :)

I assumed "Sold Out" meant that the recipients had enough of that particular item, but I wasn't sure. Other than that, the registry was very easy to use.

Easy to use. Great look. Only suggestion would be to see prices of gifts on iPad or iPhone page in safari. Had to click through each picture. On laptop you saw price.

Easy site to use but don't like having to give out my phone number when paying. Not necessary, confirmation is by email

Hi there. Thanks for your feedback. The phone number details are part of the information collected by PayPal who process our payments, and are not required by us or shared with us. We always confirm orders via email and only ask for this information from our users.

I wanted to pay using my visa debit without using paypal, the option was offered, but I couldn't make it work which is annoying

Thanks for your feedback. Sorry that you had an issue on the PayPal site - you should be able to pay with a card and we do appreciate it's frustrating when something you're offered then doesn't work. Unfortunately we can't control issues relating to our payment partners' websites but we do always offer support if users are having trouble with a payment.

When I picked the Lion spotting I didn't realise it would only pay for one, it's not very clear. I like the overall idea though.

Each patchwork page is designed by individual creators and whilst we do offer advice, we are not able to control content. This allows flexibility for our users and a 'do-it-yourself' approach which many people enjoy.

Thanks for your feedback. Patchwork is a site that allows people to create and design their own honeymoon or occasion page themselves and so all content is under the control of the creator. We do offer advice on page design and content but in the end the user can decide how they present their page.

I’ve never heard of it before but it seems like a good idea especially when you’re looking for a gift for someone and it’s something that they could really do with.

Really rather impressive! Seems a very usable site and good fun too. I had a problem getting the system to accept my card payment (I think there could be room for more explicit instruction) but someone on the chat line was very helpful. I tried again and it all worked. Good luck with this! JLB
