“Love the look at of the website and found it easy to use. I actually stopped halfway through and you sent me a reminder email to finish the transaction - annoying that this email couldn’t link me back to where I left off and I had to start all over again. Otherwise, looks good, easy to use and quick!”

“Easy to use, not so easy to pay! Would not accept my mobile number so had to use home number in end - all very frustrating having to input card details so often....nearly gave up!”

Hi Lesley, If you pay with a credit or debit card on the PayPal site then you will still receive an email confirmation from PayPal to confirm your transaction, even though you have paid with your card. I hope that helps to explain. Best wishes, Team Patchwork
