Avoid this company, they are not serious and have a terrible customer support. My order was shipped quickly, but after shipping it quickly turned obvious that this won't be an easy run. In the tracking details I saw they requested the package to be returned, only a couple of hours later when it was shipped, while still in Germany. After some delay it continued its way all across the world to Asia, so I got relaxed, the problem is solved. When the package arrived to the country I live, UPS contacted me they cannot deliver, because there is a return request on the package. I contacted PV's support, to understand the reason of return, but they assured me that everything is alright I'll get the order soon. I did not. The next couple of days I spent trying to reason with UPS, who stated they didn't receive a return cancellation and they cannot do anything. I also tried to reach PV many times in email, Messenger and WhatsApp, but they didn't answer anymore. Only once on their web chat, when they assured again that they solved everything and I'll get the package the following day. I did not. I gave up at this point and initiated a chargeback at PayPal, luckily I get a refund the same day. At least PayPal are reliable.

my husband bought me a watch in August for my birthday. the clasp is faulty. tried calling and have left numerous voice messages it no no has returned call. not replying yo emails either. last time will order from them.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! False advertisement and terrible customer service! The shipment to the USA which they claim 4-6 business days, are lies!!!!!!!! The service rep Jasmin takes forever to respond and offers no help!!!! Don’t waste your money on terrible customer service!!!

I bought a watch for my husband birthday and when it arrived the time kept stopping. Whenever we manually adjust the time it works for 30 seconds then it stops. I contacted customer service by email, they said they'll get back to me, but it's been 2 days I haven't heard from them. If it wasn't for this issue I would have given it a 5 stars, but it is certainly not worth buying a watch where the time doesn't work and where you are completely ignored from customer service despite having a warranty.

Don’t read the fake reviews on this being a fast delivery amazing service because it isn’t. Not even close , they falsely advertise and you get what you get. It’s run like a child runs this business and borderline scammy. Don’t be fooled by the high quality web interface or the high quality pictures because I assure you that’s where your money Is going...to make the trap look more appealing and legit . Order at your on risk because they wont hesitate to take either your time , money , or both without shipping the product

Customer service is atrocious, no phone number to contact and live chat is completely ignored. I'm still waiting on a refund on an item that recieved 4 days ago avoid these mob like the plague

I have ordered a watch over a month ago. According to the very slack customer correspondence it was sent and returned back to their warehouse due to my address being incorrect. Although on checking my address details were CORRECT. I cannot express enough how disappointing their customer service/care has been. Still waiting for a clue on whether I will ever see this watch??? I would ask for a refund but reading reviews, it seems more difficult to get a refund than an actual delivery!! I would not recommend this company at all. STAY AWAY!!

They're either incompetent or a scam. I ordered a watch over a month ago, but it was returned to the sender despite my attempts to redirect the package. I reached out to PV customer service via email, but the individual I corresponded with took days to reply and was of no help when he did. It's been over two weeks since he last responded, so I called both help numbers from the PV site (it changed over the weekend). The first number (the one taken down) stated nobody could take my call at the time and asked me to leave my order and phone numbers. The second and currently listed phone number on PV's site immediately hung up on me both times I called. As a last resort, I also tried contacting them over FB Messenger: another dud. *shocking* I am terribly disappointed with PV and will be filing a case with PayPal in the coming days. I've waited over a month; both Christmas and my girlfriend's birthday have passed, and I've still received nothing of value in goods or service from them. Look elsewhere for your gifts. This review was originally posted to Trust Pilot, but it was reported by Paul Valentine to suppress my honest negative experience.

Over 2 weeks for delivery . When the watch arrived it was broke and they informed me how to fix it and it now works for one minute and then stops . The clasp also does not close correctly and when I complained multiple times their replies were delayed for up to a week and u helpful Do not recommend especially as this was a gift

Little serious and unprofessional scam or people, they ruined my Christmas gift for my girlfriend, tfuffing me on the arrival of the package (from 2 to 5 days) giving false information

Been waiting weeks for a watch from paul valentine that should have taken 3/4 days!! Keep sending them emails and all I get is the same automatic email,no 'real' contact, absolutely awful service and nowhere near getting the watch or money back, definitely buy else where absolutely shocking service,if I could give it no stars I would

I ordered my Paul Valentine advent calendar well in advance but was extremely disappointed with it. After waiting a month to finally open my first day of the advent calendar only to find nothing in the first box. Customer service said they would "ship out the missing item if I would still like it" yes I would after paying $250 AUD. Only to find that day by day, the gifts are cheap and definitely not worth the money spent on it. Also, even though I changed my location to Australia, the pricing is not accurate, note the price stays USD, so I thought I was paying $169 but once exchanged, I noticed $250 come off my account. Disappointed is not even the word. I would return it, but considering I waited until December to open it, it's too late. Don't be deceived by this brand.

I got a beautiful watch however the durability of the glass is not even near what I paid for. I contacted customer service after 14 days of owning it and they have been no help at all. As my review on trustpilot got reported along with many other negative reviews I wasn't even shocked. They are the worst customer service I've ever had to deal with.

My boyfriend ordered me a Paul Valentine watch for my birthday on 30th October 2019. It is the 29th November and still no sign of my watch. I have sent numerous emails and wrote privately on facebook messenger too, only to get half-bothered replies and an offer of 20% off my next purchase for the inconvenience. My package was waiting in Cologne for nearly 2 weeks, to come to me in Ireland, and when I asked the company to re-direct the package back to them and to issue a refund they kept dodging me. When I wrote on their Facebook post advertising more watches promising 3-4 business days delivery, they wrote back to my immediately on Facebook (after me waiting 2 days for a response!). I would never order from here again. But I suppose it is my own fault for not just going to the shopping centre and trying on a watch and buying it. DO NOT ORDER from this website. I will be telling everyone I know that this "company" is an absolute sham.

Item not arrive and had no response from two separate contact attempts. I’m worried this is scam website/company!!!! Contacting PayPal now to try to get my money back.
