“Very friendly helpful staff at West Bromwich branch. There is always a staff member available to assist customers. Never shop anywhere else for mine or huband's shoes, who usually manages to can a bargain.”

“A big thankyou to Alison at Pavers in Chepstow Garden centre. I brought my friend in her wheelchair to try on shoes and was so grateful to the staff for their kindness and extreme patience. We musthave left 15 pairs of shoes and boxes for the staff repack when we left, but they were so happy to help. Thankyou all, but especially Alison.”

“I took my sister in law to the pavers shop at Dobbies, Lasswade as she needs wide fitting shoes. We were served by Karen who was absolutely brilliant. She took the time needed to find the perfect pair of shoes needed. She was very patient, polite and friendly throughout and nothing was too much trouble. Well done Karen, Pavers should feel priveledged to have you as a member of their organistaion.”

“I was served by Hazel Stephens in the Shrewsbury store. I have difficulty finding shoes as I have nerve problems in my feet. I must say Hazel went out of her way to find me a pair of Sketcher slippers to fit my feet. I tried on quite a number of shoe/slippers before I found a pair that suited my requirements. I am very pleased with my purchase and felt I must praise and thank Hazel for her assistance. She made me a very delighted customer. Thank you I shall be telling all my friends what a good store Pavers is.”

“I bought a pair of walking shoes/boots at Pavers Barlborough this morning. The lady who served me was friendly and helpful. I’m delighted with the boots as I have been looking for the right ones for ages. Having had Pavers boots before I know the quality.-580/01/011080”

“Went to Tillicoultry outlet on the 17/6/21 and bought a pair of Loretta sandals -not a great choice in that shop. Saw some lovely sandals in the catalogue you sent me so I then went to the Factory outlet in Cumnock (I did not know they sold Pavers) where they had a great selection and I ended up buying 3 pairs of shoes there. 1 sandals, 1 dress shoes and 1 casual. Now I know that the sandals fit I might buy another pair in black - Cumnock only had the tan colour.Staff very helpful, price was good and the quality and comfort of the shoes are excellent.”

“Ordered on line, my requested shoe size was out of stock. However, Pavers searched their shops and emailed to say did I still want the shoes I ordered. I agreed and within days I received my shoes. Perfect in all areas. Thankyou customer services.”

“I had a wonderful morning at the Pavers Dept at Armstrongs Mill, Shepshed Leics. The staff were very friendly, helpful and knowledgable of their stock. I was able to find shoes containing beautiful soft leather that are perfect for my feet, especially the pair that was the same style exactly as the pair that I bought 3 years ago from the same shop and at a bargain price. I have found the quality to be excellent and hard wearing. I thoroughly recommend Pavers lovely, comfortable fitting shoes. I will definitely be shopping there again in the future.”

“Very 'customer aware' service in the Pavers Shop at Clacton-on-sea. Having checked the shelves and been unable to find the slippers I was searching for, the assistant who came over and asked if she could help in any way, went directly to the shelves and identified the slipper in the size I required. Not only was she pro-active in being aware that I might need help, she was also very knowledgeable about the stock. Very impressed.”
