“Without doubt, this is the best pet mat I have ever purchased. I have three big Golden Retrievers. Even when they are pushing their way out the door, the mat does not budge. It looks good too. So glad I purchased two because I have one for the laundry door as well. If I could give this product more stars, I would.”

“I used the Petlab spray on various cat urine accidcents around my house on carpeted areas. I was amazed at the effectiveness of the cleaner and massive reduction of urine smell. Some patches needed a second treatment but overall a fantastic result.”

“Outdoor mat, the mat is not weighty enough and moves around on the deck in the wind. It needs to be heavier, it actually becomes dangerous as it slips. This is the only Petlab product that I have not been happy with .🙄”

“This product is not for me The smell smells like a vet and my French bulldog will go pee back on the spot I just used this product on again, so didn’t work for me ☹️”

Oh no, we’re really sorry to hear that 💚 Every dog’s nose reacts a bit differently, and it sounds like your Frenchie might be marking from habit rather than smell. Our product removes the odour completely but doesn’t contain deterrents, so some pups will still return to the same spot. Here’s what usually helps: Soak the area well so the enzymes reach deep where the urine sits. Let it dry fully, then block access or place a bed or food bowl there for a while (dogs don’t like to toilet where they eat or rest). A light rinse with our Healthy Habitat Disinfectant after can also neutralise any lingering scent markers. “I have been using Petlab for a couple of years now and would highly recommend these products as they really do work. Dog blankets don’t smell anymore after using the laundry liquid, disinfectant is amazing as all the products I have used. I recently tried the outdoor product, and it’s been a winner. “I have purchased many items from Pet Lab and each one works exactly as it is advertised. The carpet and floor cleaner is amazing and does not ruin the carpet like other products. The microfibre door mat retains so much sand and dirt which otherwise would end up in the house. As mentioned everything I have purchased has done the job and I will certainly be continuing to order in the future.”
