“I’m sure PayPal has a business reason for unlawfully jailing people’s money for days . I used PayPal to receive payments for my online store. Someone paid me a big amount and PayPal decided to lock my account for no reason. This practice by PayPal is terrible! I did a lot of research, read reviews for hours to find people who got helped by cyber Hacktivist Royalblade. Some said he got them back their gmail, Instagram and Facebook book accounts stolen by hackers . While a few others mentioned that he helped them recover assets such as crypto and locked PayPal funds. I decided to try him as my last resort. This turned out to be my best decision regarding this PayPal mess. He took info on the accounts and went to work. I got my PayPal payment sent to my back account 3 days after . Relieved to have found this guy, never doing business with PayPal again.”

“Horrible money transfer system. If you are going to use it for business, never never do it. If you have an argue with the client, paypal will never be at the side of the buyer. Papal.ven doesn't consider any pros you provide, it always at the side of the buyer. Also horribly high service fee around 6% for each transaction. In our days we have much better transfer systems, such as: western union, Wise transfers, revolut. NEVER NEVER USE PAYPAL , ITS A HORRIBLE APP!!!!”

“FEW DAYS AGO I RAPORT SCAM. 15 MINUTES AFTER I ORDER FROM BEST BUY I I received a confirmation from not from Best Buy but from private person. I informed PayPal about the Scam i open dispute. Now the Paypal inform me the case is closed because scamer provide tracking number (provide tracking number on July 16 , item was delivery on July 15, item was delivered and left in the mail box! You can fit 15" laptop in 12" mail box!) I checked the trucking number at the post office. Does anyone know that after the parcel has been delivered, the Tracking number only informs that the parcel has been delivered. But it does not give the exact address, only the city where it was delivered. Another think i order laptop. The laptop weighs around 3-5 pound. The parcel that was "delivered to me" weighed 4 ounces . And it didn't deliver it to me just some other address in my city. I have proof from Post office. But PayPal don't f....care. PayPal close the case in favor of scammer. PayPal policy. You can reopen again closing case. Mean after PayPal closing the case its over. Never mind that you have evidence that paypal it's wrong So I just closed my account with M.....F..... from PayPal. I don't recommend PayPal. They don't care for costumers. If You raport SCAM they should do something. They did. The close the case in favor of scammer. I hope the PayPal going out of business”

“Do yourself a favor do not use paypal, they dont support you. Does not let you know when things are being debited on your account. Use #american express they stand behind you. Also my bank said if I went through them they could have handled the dispute. Because I used PayPal they couldn't.”

“I was a victim of paypal vicious money hold which last 180 dyas. Paypal took a decision to limit my account after a transaction of $94,800 was paid to my paypal account. I still don't know why they did this too me as i have been doing business with paypal for over 8 years without any issues. Out of frustration and dire need for the funds during the pandemic i reached out and hired a skilled paypal hacker to help me remove this funds. I was lucky to have ROYALBLADE (the hacker) to get it all out for me. I would not be doing anymore business with this shady company. Royalblade @ protonmail.com saved me. Glad i found him and found salvation from paypal hold.”

“Paypal offers no recourse for your money. If you have a problem with a rogue seller, good luck. Use your credit card instrad, at least you have a good chance using the dispute option. In today's market having recourse when you need it in my opinion is only second to security. Purchase wisely.”

“The worst thing about PayPal is the customer service. They don't read your questions and keep replying with irrelevant answers which is a total waste of time. It has happened to us for the 2nd time and I wish we can get rid of it! but a platform we use only accepts PayPal so ... If you don't have to use PayPal, DONT!”

“Several representatives failed to read Seller, Buyer comments and as a result, agreed woth the Buyer. I do not recommend this Service as PayPal agents cannot read and cannot navigate simple disputes. Disgraceful.”

“I am Russian. I am a citizen of the Russian Federation and I am not in any way involved with politics or war-mongering. Paypal inc. suspended their business activity in the Russian Federation as a means of political protest. I have no access to my Paypal account anymore and I can not dispose of my money in my Paypal account. Paypal are THIEVES! They deprive innocent people of access to their Paypal accounts and to their funds. Thousands of innocent victims are unable to withdraw their money from their Paypal accounts. I call for a WORLDWIDE BOYCOTT of Paypal not just to harm their reputation but to put Paypal inc. out of business.”

“PayPal allowing the scammers exist. I got a scam link pretending is from my work I clicked on it and immediately $20 was withdrawal from my PayPal. I immediately reported to PayPal and dispute the charge but the result came back and they denied my dispute, despite I reported this as a scam. The problem is not the $20, the problem is that PayPal allowing the scammer keeps the money and encourage this.”

“I have been a loyal customer of PayPal for about three years so,I was surprised when I got an email saying I will no longer have access to my account due to too many disputes. I then called and got transferred to PayPal's account review and asked what was going on and that I wanted to dispute the case,the guy I talked to said my account had too many disputes and charge backs. I told him that I only had 5 within 3 years,he didn't seem to care. I then asked him about my $162 I still had in my account,he said that I wouldn't be able to take out my own money for 6 months or withdraw it. I told him that I still had bills to pay and that was all the money I had for the rest of the month,he said he didn't know what to tell me. I asked him to be transferred to someone else but,he said no matter who I talked to the outcome would be the same.I started to cry over the fact that I wouldn't be able to pay the rest of my bills,his lack of caring,and being completely rude. I decided to email them instead of calling them to try to figure the problem out 5 days ago,I still haven't gotten an answer. I'm done with PayPal and will be using another company from now on”
