“I was a victim of paypal vicious money hold which last 180 dyas. Paypal took a decision to limit my account after a transaction of $94,800 was paid to my paypal account. I still don't know why they did this too me as i have been doing business with paypal for over 8 years without any issues. Out of frustration and dire need for the funds during the pandemic i reached out and hired a skilled paypal hacker to help me remove this funds. I was lucky to have ROYALBLADE (the hacker) to get it all out for me. I would not be doing anymore business with this shady company. Royalblade @ protonmail.com saved me. Glad i found him and found salvation from paypal hold.”

“Paypal offers no recourse for your money. If you have a problem with a rogue seller, good luck. Use your credit card instrad, at least you have a good chance using the dispute option. In today's market having recourse when you need it in my opinion is only second to security. Purchase wisely.”

“The worst thing about PayPal is the customer service. They don't read your questions and keep replying with irrelevant answers which is a total waste of time. It has happened to us for the 2nd time and I wish we can get rid of it! but a platform we use only accepts PayPal so ... If you don't have to use PayPal, DONT!”

“Several representatives failed to read Seller, Buyer comments and as a result, agreed woth the Buyer. I do not recommend this Service as PayPal agents cannot read and cannot navigate simple disputes. Disgraceful.”

“I am Russian. I am a citizen of the Russian Federation and I am not in any way involved with politics or war-mongering. Paypal inc. suspended their business activity in the Russian Federation as a means of political protest. I have no access to my Paypal account anymore and I can not dispose of my money in my Paypal account. Paypal are THIEVES! They deprive innocent people of access to their Paypal accounts and to their funds. Thousands of innocent victims are unable to withdraw their money from their Paypal accounts. I call for a WORLDWIDE BOYCOTT of Paypal not just to harm their reputation but to put Paypal inc. out of business.”

“PayPal allowing the scammers exist. I got a scam link pretending is from my work I clicked on it and immediately $20 was withdrawal from my PayPal. I immediately reported to PayPal and dispute the charge but the result came back and they denied my dispute, despite I reported this as a scam. The problem is not the $20, the problem is that PayPal allowing the scammer keeps the money and encourage this.”

“I have been a loyal customer of PayPal for about three years so,I was surprised when I got an email saying I will no longer have access to my account due to too many disputes. I then called and got transferred to PayPal's account review and asked what was going on and that I wanted to dispute the case,the guy I talked to said my account had too many disputes and charge backs. I told him that I only had 5 within 3 years,he didn't seem to care. I then asked him about my $162 I still had in my account,he said that I wouldn't be able to take out my own money for 6 months or withdraw it. I told him that I still had bills to pay and that was all the money I had for the rest of the month,he said he didn't know what to tell me. I asked him to be transferred to someone else but,he said no matter who I talked to the outcome would be the same.I started to cry over the fact that I wouldn't be able to pay the rest of my bills,his lack of caring,and being completely rude. I decided to email them instead of calling them to try to figure the problem out 5 days ago,I still haven't gotten an answer. I'm done with PayPal and will be using another company from now on”

“Just an awful awful awful company. Worst business experience I’ve ever had. I’m also 49 years old and have done mounds of business with other companies. I sold a product for $1800 dollars and the huge mistake I made was ever saying I can take PayPal. They said pay $15 for an instant deposit and put a 24 hold on it twice. I ended up canceling the transaction and forwarding it to my niece who pulled the money out. Won’t ever accept PayPal. I urge everyone to never use them.”

“I use PayPal a lot it’s also a way of… I use PayPal a lot it’s also a way of receiving money for online work. But never again am I using it PURCHASE ANYTHING !! a company I have never used had started charging my account, defiantly not something I have authorised, I open a dispute and PayPal say I have authorised it !!!! Worst company I have ever dealt wit. Also locked me out of my account many time been on the oohing many time and the staff every time have been of zero help!!! I have had to spent a lot of time and figured it out myself in the end when they should provide the info !!!”

“Custome service is repulsive. My account on my app and use of my money on my card has been locked due to me owing $1 for something I have no idea what for. Now I have no access and completely blocked from all my money from my tax return and only money i have available to me at all for that matter. Im a singe mother of 4 small children i have waited months for this money cuz i had no idea it went on thid card because they locked me out from logging into it. So another week of struggles for me and my family thanks paypal hope your dollar is well worthl all this unnecessary craziness.”

“Very happy with the help I received. I spoke on the phone with a customer service person named Mark to get back into my account. He was very easy to hear and understand, very polite and while talking made a nice statement about my email ManyEyedAngel and gave useful advice that to be happy on the inside = being happy on the outside. I like this kind of person. I rate my experience as excellent, we need more people like him in the world. Not only did he get me back into my account I walked away feeling like I understood life a little better. Blessings from the Angels. 🙏”

“Dont use paypal to pay for things they're complete and utterly useless their site is non stop spinning rings when trying to pay for something for an hour later still no different for when it finally did work the item was sold out. Their customer service is diabolical and their developers and so on are incompetent invalids”

“My crypto transfer is still not posted after 7 days. Coinbase processed it within minutes yet PayPal hadn’t retrieved it yet. All the hype that PayPal is great for crypto is not accurate. Funny how I can buy crypto immediately with PayPal but getting back is over a week so far.”

“I had an unfortunate event occur recently. I had a fraudulent charge on my PayPal account. I was very stressed about it, but the customer service representative Paula was amazing at resolving my issue and getting my money reimbursed quickly. I felt taken care of and thankful she understood my situation and worked quickly to make it right. She was sympathetic and spoke kindly to me. That made all the difference in my experience. I appreciate the great customer service I received from Paula. So much so that I decided not to close my PayPal account. 🙏”

“1) bought online from target.com with total $144 2) during checking out, applied $20 Paypal credit from my account; from screen I was told this was successful 3) final result: $144 applied from my credit card, but the $20 credit disappeared from my account. 4) contacted Paypal customer service, with proof of the $20 credit, their review result is: target.com did not overcharge me. So case closed. 5) went back to paypal customer service, saying I never said Target.com overcharged me. The issue was that paypal took my $20 credit but did not apply to that transaction, and the $20 has gone forever. 6) no responses from Paypal thereafter.”
