“Stunning product, personalised service and incredible support throughout the purchase process including additional photographs (not simple catalogue snips). Only thing they could work on is getting a better shipping service for international orders; DHL is the way to ship worldwide these days.”

Dear Sir Thank you for your kind comments regarding our service and the products, this is very much appreciated. Currently our shipping services are selected based on our experience of customer preference and price. Some customers actively ask us to avoid particular couriers and this can vary from destination to destination. However, we certainly do use DHL amongst others, and if customers express a particular preference we can of course ship via their preferred method. Our only remaining problem is making such choices available at the time of checkout. Differing prices make this very difficult. We do appreciate all constructive feedback such as yours - it helps us to ensure we are providing the service our customers require. “Always great quality and service. And the shoes actually fit properly. Online repeat customer discounts improve the offer as do the online sale sections of the different manufacturers. They're even more efficient in person - I visited the shop before my first purchase - they even let me try the shoes on despite my hailing from Lancashire. Now there's a thing!”

“Just received my Grenson 'Sid' brogues, lovely shoes. Took the advice on half size drop and they fit perfectly well. Thanks for excellent delivery, the shoes were ordered 2pm yesterday and arrived at 8am this morning. Thanks Pediwear.”

“After loads of research into a new laptop case, I chose the Ashwood Leather Chelsea case in Chestnut. The case arrived very quickly, was very well packaged and service all round was great. Oh...and the price was very good from Pediwear. The case is even better quality than I'd hoped and has plenty of room for everything I need. My 12.5" screen Dell laptop JUST fits into the laptop zip-up compartment inside the case leaving ample room either side for the rest of the tat I carry around. The two front pockets provide space for laptop and phone chargers and have their own fasteners as well as the large flap of the case itself to keep everything secure. Overall, I'm very happy with my case and would recommend it. (Currently trying to justify buying a black version as well!)”
