“Very good service from Pediwear. Delivery on time, product of excellent quality ( Timberland walking boots) and I also appreciated a touch of personal service ( note in the package). I used the site about 15 years ago and still have the boots I bought! Definitely will not wait that long when I need my new shoes/boots”

“Asking for a quick delivery, I ordered a Tilley Hat a week before starting my holidays. As expected (I have done it before) it was delivered well in time. However, when I tried it on, I realised that I had ordered the wrong size. I had removed all labels and trown away the original packing case, but I still returned the hat and asked for the right size, specifying my holiday address in Denmark. - The hat arrived promptly to the new address, the additional cost being a mere £3.00. “Only ordered some shoe polishe's and a pair of shoe trees. They were wrapped so well you would have thought it was an ornament! Also very impressed with the reduction on postage. Small items are normally charged individually but as I ordered multipulls they were shipped together and postage was only paid on one package. Nice touch!”

“Staff were very helpful with finding the correct size of the shoe I had in mind, sending me actual measurements, inside and out. The shoes arrived on time, half-way across the world, and fitted perfectly. I'm very satisfied with the service of Pediwear and will likely buy my next pair from them again.”
