Dear Customer Thank you for your review and your many recommendations which we very much appreciate. We hope you are pleased with your shoes. I checked your order and it would appear that your shoes just fell short of the required cost to qualify for tree shoe trees (£150 incl VAT). However, since they only fell short by 5 pence we would of course be willing to send a free shoe tree. I will email you separately to arrange this. “Great selection of shoes! I had two pairs of Loakes via the website.The first pair I used the chat service to get some advice regarding the fit, which was very helpful. The shoes came very quickly and well presented in the boxes with dust bags etc. Next time I need some shoes I will be back. Thanks”

“Have only purchased one item (so far) a Tilley Hat. It was simple to track the item en-route until it reached Cyprus. However, the parcel arrived within a couple of days - the package was in excellent condition and upon inspection, the contents also were really well packed (I liked the idea of the inflated 'balloon' as an anti-crush device, simple and effective. Thank-you for the extremely good service, I will one day return to purchase "something"! knowing that my order will be in good hands. Kind Regards Mike Gerard”

“I ordered two pairs of shoes from Pediwear, a pair of Lakes Elland and a pair of Loakes Ashby, both pairs arrived at my house in Australia within 5 days of ordering and both were packaged to protect the items inside. a hand written note with each item was a nice touch. Also nice to receive a little extra gift in each package, a shoe horn and extra laces. This is the level of service that is greatly appreciated and missing in so many service providers.
