“I ordered a pair of Loake wolf boots size 8, my usual size, when they arrived I found them on the large side. A quick call and chat with a very helpful and knowlagble staff member resulted in me ordering two other pair in a 7 and 7.5. The 7 was perfect so I retired the other two pairs and was quickly refunded for the returns. I would definitely use them again and the free shoee trees polish and tie where just the icing on the cake.”

“Pediwear shipped to Australia quickly and cheaply. No problems at all and significantly cheaper than the equivalent bought locally. Zero VAT on exports helps too. I will definitely use them again.”

“I purchased 2 beautiful pairs of shoes on the Internet. The service from my order to delivery was perfect. When I received my shoes unfortunately both pairs were too big. I returned them (i live in Australia) and got new sizes without any fuss whatsoever. Pediwear were extremely helpful and always friendly. I would not hesitate to purchase more shoes from them.”

“I've purchased a few pairs of shoes from Pediwear over the last 3 years. Can't fault their price or their service. Had a problem with one pair and they took it up with the manufacturer and got the issue resolved - no argument. The mark of a good retailer is when you have a problem”

“I'm not sure why it took a week to mail my hat. Was it not in stock? Not in the shop? The day I bought the hat I received an email saying it would be shipped right away. Maybe "right away" is a week.”
