“I am very happy with the comunication before the purchase. I had to make a small change in the shipping address after paying but before the items were sent. Althoug this was on a weekend, I still got a reply and the staff sorted it out. The shipping was also fast and everything worked well. The only thing you might want to consider is some kind of flat shipping rate instead of a standard rate per pair of shoes. Or some kind of quantity discount on the shipping like for example 1st pair 10pounds, 2 pair 15 pounds etc. Another thing as an improvement would be to have directed emails when you have a sale or special offers. To send that to existing customers could be appreciated. I am very happy with my business at Pediwear and I would be happy to buy again.”

“I was impressed with the quality of the service. The products were dispatched within a couple of days and were covered with a full guarantee. I had a small problem with fitting size and this was resolved immediately. I would certainly use Pediware Shoe Centre again”

“I called pediwear for help regarding the measurements for a "Tilley" hat. The query was dealt with straight away and I ordered online, shortly after. I was kept up to date with the order and it arrived very quickly. The hat was the right size, so all in all, a great service.”

“Seems like they put an order from their supplier when they get one themselves. Have ordered shoes from them 2 times and it took about 10-12 days before they even started shipping (and than add 7 days for the slow shipping method (parcel force) ordered a package from china the same day with DHL that arrived before! Good is that they have discounts for returning costumers and free shoe blocks.”
