“I've purchased with Pediwear on a couple of occasions now and they gain my full recommendation. They are a no-nonsense retailer who you can trust. I can vouch for the quality of the shoes they sell (ie. they sell new shoes, not pre-loved ones or seconds. They also have a good returns policy - I returned a pair of shoes which didn't quite fit and received a full refund as a matter of course, without being pressured in any way to make another purchase. I also find their courier service to be reliable and fast enough for my requirements. In addition to shoes, I've also purchased a Tilley hat via Pediwear (my first Tilley hat!) and that too was a positive experience.”

“Very good service. Quick response to inquiries, Free shipping outside UK from certain price point and with a personal touch. All the comfort you'd need to make buying shoes over the Internet a less tricky experience. Ordered 2 pairs of CJ boots.”

“everything went easy with pediwear.com I bought a pair of grenson. it is very expensive for me, so i am putting some effort to maintain the quality. but the white rubber sole got blackened by black polish and i don't know what to do about it. it's ugly. So I think it would be good if you tell how to preserve the shoes condition of each shoes. just a short one considering the difference of the shoes like the white rubber on grenson.”

We display the full in-stock range of Northampton based shoemakers Barker, Loake, Trickers, Alfred Sargent, Sanders and Crockett and Jones footwear. In addition we have wide ranges of footwear from other quality shoes makes such as Grenson, Mephisto, John Spencer and many more. Further to this we also stock exclusive styles in Barker, Loake, Trickers, John Spencer and Alfred Sargent. We are not a 'fashion house', but we do think we offer a very wide range of excellent footwear. However, we remain open to suggestions so please let us know more precisely how you would envisage we might extend our ranges? “Hello I am happy with my recent purchased of my Loake shoes. I am looking to buy couple pairs of Grenson and Barker. I would be very happy if you could arrange a special discount if I buy those pairs. I realised I will be given a 10% discount if I purchase for my second Loake shoes, unfortunately at the moment I am interested with Barker and Grenson. “It was my second shopping on Pediwear. I really like your website, its functioning, service and honestly saying also free shoe trees and ties offer. However, I was surprised that after being ask to pay (and paid) two delivery fees (10£ for shoes and 7£ for shoe trees), articles were delivered in one box – as one consignment (shoe trees put inside the shoes).”

Dear Mr Traskas Thank you for your review. We are pleased to hear that you are pleased with your shoes. However, we are concerned to hear that you did not consider our communication adequate in relation to expected delivery time. I have reviewed your order and I note that we emailed you with one working day to advise you to expect delivery within 10 working days. We then emailed you on the 10th working day to advise you that your item was being despatched. According to our tracking information it was delivered 2 days later - a total of twelve working days. I am sorry that we did not meet our original estimate - this is disappointing. However I do wonder whether you might not have received the emails we sent because we certainly did attempt to keep you updated with the order. I hope this will not put you off ordering with us again - and if you at all concerned about future orders please do not hesitate to telephone us, email us or chat via our website live text chat. “The shipping/return policy leaves much to be desired, especially since competitors fully cover these costs. That being said, the shoes are absolutely top notch and the customer service is quite helpful. I will certainly be purchasing another pair of shoes from Pediwear.”

Dear Mr Rooney We are very pleased to hear that you are happy with your shoes, though we are never entirely satisfied unless our customers give us 5 stars. We were not aware that our competitors are offering free returns to the US so we will certainly look into this. We do of course offer free returns when there is a fault with the product. We also offer detailed and experience guidance on sizing so that we can try to ensure the correct size is sent initially. However, I would note that we are a small family run company and as such we have to ensure we cover our costs with each order. We currently attempt to keep the costs of returns down by sharing the cost of the return shipping. “No fuzz, no problems. Overall a good experience. The website itself could match the brands more in tonality/look & feel. ie. look a bit nicer designwise. Really appreciate the extra small gifts like the shoe polish. A good addition. The accompanying letter and club membership leaves me excited for more. Looking forward to seeing future offers and communications.”
