“I like the site but the format is not as user-friendly as it could be. People have fast internet connections these days so allow us to see an entire catalogue of a company on a single page without having to click through multiple pages. And lighten the colours up. Buying shoes is fun”

“Pediwear did exactly what they promised - get me some great shoes for a good price and deliver them to me (in New Zealand) in a timely fashion. One thing I would say is that the website could be improved. It gives the impression that Pediwear is not that professional, but the service contradicts that. Overall very happy.”

“Pediwear is the only place I will purchase Grenson shoes online. Their prices are the lowest available (even accounting for higher than average shipping costs), and their prices are even lower with VAT subtracted. After receiving several orders I can say with some confidence that Pediwear's service is very good. Real (human) staff contact each customer during the course of each order to confirm shipping and fit details. The downside of the human service is that order fulfillment, especially to North America, can take an unpredictable amount of time as Pediwear's systems cannot automatically generate stock, shipping, and tracking details at checkout. Actual shipping time (from order) to North America seems to be around 20 days (give or take). When, after waiting 5 days for a shipping confirmation, I asked for an order to be expedited I was told it was unlikely to arrive in time but that they would try- and then lo and behold, it arrived 20 minutes before I left for an important trip. I can't complain too much about that! I will continue to be a customer of Pediwear as long as I continue buying Grensons, Trickers, or Loakes.”

“Dear Pediwear. I'm live in Tokyo Japan. I think that evaluation of your store is in general good. Time for delivery is very quick. It is satisfactory also to packing. However, finish of the portion of welt is a problem. The upper part of welt is uneven finish and a fine sight is not good. As for me, this problem is a thing of only these shoes to the last, and it is expected that other shoes are satisfactory. Since I would like to do some shopping in your store from now on, I expect that a satisfactory article is sent in the case of the next purchase. Thank you.”

“Order was handled professionally - I like the compliments card as there is hand writting notice - it refreshes you in today electronic world. The only reservation I have is to the shop web page design and graphic. Unfortunatelly, I do not find this as user friendly. Too many different logos and fonts cause a bit messy impression.”
