“Good choice, fair prices, VAT off when shipping abroad. Rusiian customers should be prepared to experience problems with Russian Post delivery, as usual (no good of using EMS express, they work unbelievably bad, even worse that general Russian Post). Shipping counts for every piece of the package, so if you buy 3 pieces (boots, belt and cuff-buttons for example), you'll pay shipping price x3, which is incongruous. After all I would recomend this shop despite the problems mentioned above. I'm a customer in Pediwear for over 4 years and will surely continue shopping here.”

“I can find out shoes made in UK easily,however,very difficult to buy them at shops'round us.They may not deal your favorites or something you want from bottom of your heart even if they keep English traditional shoes . You should access this site as soon as you can. You could find there.”

“Overall my experience with pediwear was very good. The product was the standard I was expecting and was packaged beautifully. Two small downsides though. The first being an original problem with processing my credit card. My order was delayed by 4 (working)”

“Following such an effortless purchase I am sure to visit 'Pediwear' again. Perhaps a small point to address would be the carriage costs as I found £4 a little excessive for two tubs of shoe polish - but this is only a small quibble :o)”

“Ordering from the other side of the world was extremely simple. I was immediately advised that the shoes I ordered were out of stock and when they were expected. I was also given the opportunity to cancel my order because of the delay. The shoes ended up arriving two weeks earlier than expected which is always a good thing. The only area for improvement is the packaging. The shoe box was wrapped in a single layer of brown paper with minimal packaging tape. By the time it was delivered to me the wrapping was half off and the lid of the box was torn and able to fall half open. It was lucky that I ended up with two shoes being delivered. This is one of the few occasions when a little more (red) tape would be of enormous benefit.”

“Website needs updating but functions well. Packing and shipping was very quick. Parcelforce could not find my address for 2 delivery attempts, but their customer service was very good at conveying my instructions for a successful 3rd delivery. Packaging was flimsy - thankfully no damage to goods inside. Overall however a pretty good service.”

“I purchased a pair of Loake shoes and satisfied your service and product. I have some comment for my shopping experience; when i placed an order for my shoes and wax. There is no notification on the free wax for my order and i got a duplicate tin of wax. Meanwhile, if the 15% discount for the second order include other brands of shoes on your web as well. That could be attract me to purchase more on your shop. Such as Grenson. Anyway, you did a very good service for my first time shoes purchased online. cheers, Chris”
