“Ordered 2 Tilley hats which were sent packed in a single box. Packaging resulting in creasing of one hat in transit. Pediwear staff were very polite and helpful - although they were unable to recommend the best option to fix the creasing they did refer me to the Tilly site, whose support staff were able to advise on the appropriate solution. Pediwear were speedy in their turnaround and responsive to my problems. If they had packed the hats slightly better it would have been 5 stars.”

“Very prompt, good prices and the shoe trees were are very useful free gift! There was also supposed to be a free tie thrown in, but I couldn't figure out how to get that added to the basket without increasing the costs. Having said that, I was in a rush at the time and it certainly wasn't a deal-breaker. Otherwise, all good and would certainly order from Pediwear again.”

“best prices available on the shoes. takes a few days before they actually ship the packages though. shipping cost on shoe trees that are placed inside the shoes feels like a rip off.”

“My first order with this company was fantastic and I would give six stars if I could. My second order was unfortunately hampered by a glitch in the web site which would only effect those who bought shoes on special (not many on the site), but has been followed up with an apology and a promised to make amends which I have accepted. In the end, the shoes and shoes trees are good value, the web site is excellent and your order is delivered in a timely manor. I will be buying again and hope to enjoy the same level of service.”

“I think to be fair to the consumer, this survey should confirm the customer has received the goods before it is emailed to the customer. I have not received any call from the courier but the status shown delivered. I have a number of items and one of them still reflects as manufacturer sending to pediwear while some are shown despached. So what does it means? By sending the survey before customer received the goods is a mistake and overlook. ------------------------------------------------------------------ I changed my rating of pediwear on 29 Sep from initial 2 stars to 4 stars. Why? because the conditions of the goods is excellent. The company did a good follow up prom[tly on my case . For the fellow sg purchaser, based on the courier employed by pediwear, have an expectation of between 10 to 12 working days for good to arrive from UK to SG. Other than this, no worries on the condition of the goods. excellent.”
