“The delivery was not the best. I specifically asked the delivery company to call me prior to delivery as this was to be delivered to my home address and I would not be home (but in close vicinity). They never called. I even contacted the delivery company to ask if they could add my name to the package, but this was impossible...Welcome to 2013! My shoes got here, but it was still a bit worrying when the delivery company did not really respond OR when they did no changes were possible. Shouldn't it just be to update the information in a computer system...?!”

“Areas for improvement: FedEx/DHL delivery to Russia, provide more photos (shoe soles) and info (tie width) on the website. The rest went just fine, the parcel arrived a little earlier than expected, perfectly packed and of expected quality.”
