“Not sure why it took 8 days to get from New York to Chapel Hill, NC. I ordered from Herring and the shoes were at my door from England in 2 days. It took Longer to get to New York and then for some reason took 8 more days to arrive. Shoes were nice for the price - reasonable.”

Dear Mr Silverstein Thank you for leaving a review - and for leaving us 4 stars despite the longer than anticipated delivery time. Most of all we are pleased to hear that you are happy with the shoes. Unfortunately the behaviour of shipping agents can sometimes be difficult to fathom - we find that many of our deliveries arrive with US customers within a couple of days as you have experienced with your order with Herrings. Sometimes unfortunately it can be a few days more. I checked our tracking information, this indicates the parcel was despatched on the 29th January (the day after your order was placed) and arrived with you on 7th February. This is just 7 working days and is within the 7 to 11 working days expected delivery time we advised by email, so we hope it did not cause too much concern or inconvenience. “Overal speaking, it's always been a pleasure buying shoes from pediwear, but i have couple of suggestions for you to improve customer satisfaction. 1. Do check every single pair is brand new without defects or flaws before sending it out, especially for those international buyers like me, because it would be very hard to exchange and return. 2. Improve the leadtime from placing the order to despatch, now it usually takes a whole week, hopefylly it can be reduced to 3 days.”

“I had sent this email to Pediwear Sales Department on 2014.1.14, I haven't recieve feedback! Hi Pediwear Sales Department, I had already receive my shoes, at the same time, I receive the Commercial Invoice with my shoes. It showing 120.00 GBP of the line value. I paid 124.96 GBP for the shoe, 6.5 GBP for 2 saphir, 2.38 GBP for brush, and 18 GBP for shipping. I paid totally 151.83 GBP for all of these, why I only receive a Invoice for the shoe and I actually paid 124.96 GBP for the shoes? Please explain it for me. Thank you.”

“thanks for the order. It took me quite a while to get it from customs as it was stuck there due to missing invoice inside the package. So I had to collect some papework and submit it customs before the package had been released. Would be fantastic if for the future you could put the invoice inside the package. Besides from that I am absolutely satisfied both with product and delivery. Thank you.”

Thank you for your review and your positive comments regarding the boots. I am sorry to hear of the problems you had in relation to the invoicing. Requirements for invoicing seem to vary from country to country and certainly until now we have not previously had requests for them from Belarus. Dear Mr Volkov Thank you for your comments. We agree regarding the need to be mobile and tablet compatible. We are currently in the process of seeking a redesign of our site which will of course have to ensure that the many customers using tablet and mobile devices can purchase from us. Having said that, we do test the current site on mobile and tablet devices, and whilst we would not want to pretend it is perfect, we would expect you to be able to place an order or browse the website without too much trouble.
