It would be great if you can reduce the price for delivery to Czech Republic. My order in amout of 600 GBP was delivered for 35 GBP shiping cost. Order from Germany cost max 15 EUR.

Dear Mr Puczok Thank you for your email. I have reviewed your order and worked out the cost of shipping - and I am inclined to agree that we did charge a little too much for your order. It is very difficult to devise a system on our website which takes into account all the different shipping methods we use and the weights of the shoes and other products. Most of the time the calculated value is fair but occasionally it can charge too much or even too little. Please note that we only ever aim to cover our own shipping costs - please ask us to quote you for shipping on any future orders and we can manually adjust the costs if the shopping basket price is too expensive. Very helpful. Had to return first pair of chukka boots (not to my taste). Second pair, (Loakes, which I should have gone for in the first place), were delivered with speed plus a wee freebie for by. Now a member of the Pediwear Loakes Club which entitles me to 10/% off further Loake purchases (and they may well be more).

Thank you for the delivery of shoes. Important note: when the shipment to Russia to be that price is specified in the invoice and the accompanying documents corresponded to the price of the paid goods. In my case I had to arrive at the customs office and fill in a lot of unnecessary documents explaining why I paid the same amount, and received the goods in another amount. It is due to the free investments from you, the cost of which has been indicated in the invoice. Thank you

Dear Mr Vistyak Thank you for leaving a review and for leaving us 4 stars despite the problems you experienced. Unfortunately, a requirement of using UPS is using those invoices and even though we supply the shoe trees free we have to state their value to comply with UPS policies. We started using UPS to try to avoid the delays sometimes associated with Royal Mail and Parcelforce to Russia. Unfortunately it seems that these invoices have caused concerns for our customers and like you, they have been subjected to lots of form filling at customs. We have now decided to revert back to Royal Mail and Parcelforce instead of UPS (unless customers specifically request UPS) - so this problem should not recur. Tilley Hat. The quality of materials and construction of my latest Tilley purchase from your company was not up to the standards expected. The hat seemed much less well made. The usual false colour representation of articles examined online prior to purchase showed itself very significantly. I thought I was buying another pale stone coloured hat. It looked like that in your illustration. The hat is actually a sort of dirty grey colour. Not good. But it will have to do. Your service was good, though delivery was very slow.

Dear Mr Barker Thank you for taking the time to leave a review and let us know about the problems with your order. Having looked at your order we can only apologise about the time taken to deliver your hat - we usually aim to despatch all hat orders within 24 hours if in stock and within a week if we have to re-order from the manufacturer. I am not sure why yours took longer - though we have had some delays at despatch as this is a busier time of year for us. With regard to the colour - we have looked at other stock we have and we don't think our images are too far away from the true colour. Unfortunately computer monitors do not always show true colour (unless they are regularly calibrated using professional equipment), I wonder whether this might have caused the discrepancy you have experienced? Finally I would want to point out that we would of course have offered you a full refund had you returned the hat to us - or we offer free shipping on exchanges for Tilley hats if there is an alternative you would prefer. We have not noticed any change in the quality of construction or materials with Tilley hats - they are still all made to very high specification in Canada. I wonder which Tilley hat you owned previously? The cotton hats can feel like they are made from more substantial material than the lightweight hat you have bought on this occasion - but of course this does not mean that the materials are lacking quality. If you decide not to return the hat we sincerely hope that you find it provides satisfactory service. Please don't hesitate to contact us if we can be of any further assistance. Hello I am happy with my recent purchased of my Loake shoes. I am looking to buy couple pairs of Grenson and Barker. I would be very happy if you could arrange a special discount if I buy those pairs. I realised I will be given a 10% discount if I purchase for my second Loake shoes, unfortunately at the moment I am interested with Barker and Grenson. The shipping/return policy leaves much to be desired, especially since competitors fully cover these costs. That being said, the shoes are absolutely top notch and the customer service is quite helpful. I will certainly be purchasing another pair of shoes from Pediwear.

Dear Mr Rooney We are very pleased to hear that you are happy with your shoes, though we are never entirely satisfied unless our customers give us 5 stars. We were not aware that our competitors are offering free returns to the US so we will certainly look into this. We do of course offer free returns when there is a fault with the product. We also offer detailed and experience guidance on sizing so that we can try to ensure the correct size is sent initially. However, I would note that we are a small family run company and as such we have to ensure we cover our costs with each order. We currently attempt to keep the costs of returns down by sharing the cost of the return shipping. No fuzz, no problems. Overall a good experience. The website itself could match the brands more in tonality/look & feel. ie. look a bit nicer designwise. Really appreciate the extra small gifts like the shoe polish. A good addition. The accompanying letter and club membership leaves me excited for more. Looking forward to seeing future offers and communications.

I'm not sure why it took a week to mail my hat. Was it not in stock? Not in the shop? The day I bought the hat I received an email saying it would be shipped right away. Maybe "right away" is a week.

Very good range of brands and models. Decent prices, especially with the discount You get as regular customer. Too expensive making a return though. Had to pay about £37 from Sweden. Should have checked that out i advance I guess.. Tired of all the hazzle in general with returns; packing the goods, printing a return slip, going to the post office, etc. Not worth the money You save on the deal. Next time I'll buy from a local store. So much more convenient.
