Satisfied with product and time of delivery. Quick to answer questions, but not too good on updating the ongoing process. Nice with delivery to door which I did not expect or know about. Will most certainly use your services again if I need to.

However, we always want to obtain 5 stars from our customers so we are a little disappointed we haven't managed on this occasion! I checked our system to see what emails you were sent - we sent an email to acknowledge the order when you placed it and another email on 15th December to confirm the order and advise regarding expected delivery time. We sent a final email on 17th advising you of the despatch and providing tracking codes for your order. Those are our standard order email communications - but I wonder if perhaps you might not have received these in view of your comments? Sometimes these emails end up being filtered out by spam filters. I would be interested to know whether or not you received these emails and whether there was any other way we might have improved your experience? We look forward to being of service to you again. Initially there was a problem with the replacement stock for my order which caused a rather long delay, however the problem was rectified very quickly when I emailed. I am very happy with how Pediwear handled things, and am very happy with the products.

Excellent shoes. Perfectly crafted. Tok months to get them. No notice on delays unless I inquired. I was not sure if I would ever even get them.

Dear Customer Thank you for leaving us a review - first and foremost we are very pleased to hear that you are happy with the shoes. We are sorry to see you thought we were only worthy of 4 stars and that you considered our communication with you was poor. I have reviewed the emails sent and received from you during the course of your wait for your order. The shoes certainly were delayed - and then delayed again for longer. We were let down by the manufacturer in this respect - I am sure you will appreciate such matters are out of our hands. However I have found more than adequate evidence of detailed communication with you explaining the reasons for the delays. I did identify one occasion when we were a week late in contacting you following the expiry of our previously advised waiting time. I am sorry about this - it certainly should not happen - we have systems in place to prevent exactly this sort of issue. I appreciate that this can be concerning when you have placed an order on a foreign website - and it is always my intention that we should contact you before the expiry of expected delivery dates. I bought in your store a pair of shoes. Quality of service turned out great, quickly processed and delivered my order. quality shoes me too pleased. I lowered the estimate for what made several unsuccessful attempts to buy promotional items, but it turns out that the data on the website do not reflect the reality and ordered me shoes out of stock. Nevertheless, the staff of the site is very well-informed me about it and offered a discount on other items, so overall I'm pleased with your store.

Still the same professional service, but perhaps the value is not here anymore. They used to include freebies such as shoe horns, ties and shoe trees all the time. Now you have to watch out for their specials. Would still recommend but there are other retailers that now do a similar job at pretty much a similar price.

I purchased a pair of Loake 1880s recently. Overall, I found the prices competitive and more importantly, service very very responsive. Queries were answered promptly, and with sincerity even if definite answers were not available. I followed up with a C&J purchase and once again found service spiffy, and had no trouble adding on shoe care products to my shoe order. One suggestion I would have is ... reduce the amount of black and improve the picture quality of the shoes. A lot of these shoes are really beautiful and deserve a picture that does them justice!

Dear Customer Thank you for your many kind comments regarding our service. We provide prompt replies via email, telephone and live chat - so we are almost always accessible in on form or another. We agree that the website needs updating and we are in the process of doing just that - though it is a process that takes time in order to get it right. However, we are hopeful that the new look should be up sometime soon. Certainly some of the stock which has been on our website for several years is in need of updated photography. With all new stock we do shoot at least 4 views - and we are starting to work through the old stock to ensure they are updated. Ordered a Tilley hat and was very pleased with how it was packaged and shipped. The only small comment would be that although the Tilley registration card had been filled in, they had forgotten to stamp it, so I had to include a copy of the receipt to prove I had purchased it

The ECCO shoes I purchased are the first time i have purchased ECCO. The quality of the product is very good and the fit and comfort are also good. I bought a pair of AS shoes with free shipping and the shoes reached me in 14 days , delivered via normal mail in Malaysia. The tracking was inadequate and it was rather stressful waiting for the shoes to arrive in good order. Well perhaps you could offer options to upgrade the shipping via faster and safer alternatives . I do not mind paying the difference for better option in the shipping. I have done a purchase from other online seller in UK and I received my order within 4 days. The shipping cost me £20. In regards to my order with you , I like to know whether it is insured and if it is, then what is the quantum of compensation in the event the order is lost during transit?

It is unusual for shipping to Malaysia to take this long and unfortunately at this stage it is difficult to know where the delay occurred. Until your review we have not been aware of any delays in Malaysia - but we will certainly be monitoring the situation now. However, first and foremost I should reassure you that it is our responsibility to ensure the shoes are delivered to you and if they are not we are obliged to either send a replacement or offer you a full refund. We can offer shipping via alternative couriers but this does cost more - however, if you prefer this we can make a note on your account - so that we know to offer this method for you in future orders. Alternatively if you add some comments at the time of ordering requesting a quote for courier shipping we will email you back with the costs of alternatives. We hope you were happy with the shoes? The shoes were advertised as E fitting, but when they arrived they were wider than expected. The shoes and box were all clearly marked fitting F, and it was easy to arrange their return and a refund. However, they are still being advertised as E fitting.

It took several days for the order to get shipped, which more than doubled the planned ship delay. Otherwise things went fine.

Very good service when I wanted to return the shoes. Had staff contact me very quickly and efficiently when the size I wanted wasn't stocked. My questions were answered quickly. Top job. Less good was payments for shipping. I ended up paying £8.90 for a recorded delivery return and another £3.75 to have it posted. Most other outlets this is free. I realise there is a cost, but it would be good if you could subscribe to a returns service.

Good delivery, packaging and price but was disappointed when I ordered an item only to be told afterwards that it wasn't in stock and there'd be short delay...but it arrived really quickly and I'd definitely order from them again.
