“Prices are competitive and service overall good, a minor criticism was shipping took a little longer but it was free so what you expect.”

“The purchase process was straight forward. I found the product I wanted fairly quickly, selected it, paid for it and waited for it to be delivered. The wait took a bit of time not an extraordinary amount. I received the product. It looked exactly like what I ordered. I tried it on. It fit and I am satisfied.”

“Good shoes and prices, good assistance service and chat, I'm very happy for everything. Maybe you could write better when some shoes are g size and highlight that you need a number less in this case. I had to change some shoes for this, and that means over price for the shipment cost, otherwise the refund was immediately. Thank you.”

“When pedicare was out of stock for the colour slippers I wanted, I was offered the alternative colour which I accepted. However, the shop contacted me to say a new delivery from the manufacturer meant I could have my earlier choice and I got what I wanted in the end. Some websites link products to stock availability which provides more up to date information to customers.”

“In relation to shoes, as much else besides, I believe in quality: it is better to have five or six decent pairs which last (and can be repaired if necessary) than to buy lots of cheaper ones which hardly ever look smart in my view. Therefore it is good that companies like Pediware exist since many of the high street chains do not stock quality anymore. The latest purchase ( Dalham - Rust Burn Gibson) was not exactly cheap but they are possibly the most comfortable I have bought for many years and I shall enjoy wearing them. I just hope Pediware don't expect me to replace them any time soon! Website is good and user-friendly and the service overall is excellent.”

“Actually, I felt quite satisfied towards the service of pediwear, especially for the LiveChat function. It do really provides me a quick response about my question. But i am quite disappointed about my previous purchase, since i found that there is no spare shoelace. i am not sure it is not included originally or it is missed. Anyway, it is definitely for me to purchase again in pediwear”

The manufacturer of your last shoes have never offered spare laces which is strange when you consider that many other similar manufacturers do. “Overall the choice is great. Hum may say that Pediwear people are very patient. As a matter of fact I have been screening and watching out the site for the same pair of boots for more than two years. You can't imaging my joy when I saw the very attracting discounted price. I didn't run, I flew to the offer. Not to state the obvious the service is great for I was contacted very soon and more importantly someone kept his/her fingers crossed while the packet was arriving to me. Of course I am and I do the best to remain a privledged customer but I'll probably recommend the site to my siblings and friends.”
