Dear Customer Thank you for your review. Please let us know what problems you encountered when registering your address. There is no difference between registering a UK and a foreign shipping address so I am surprised to hear you encountered these difficulties. I would appreciate your service more if I had received information when my order was complete and what was estimated delivery date. I was surprised it took about two weeks to receive my order.

Dear Customer We are sorry to hear you did not receive our email communications. It is our standard practice to reply within one working day to all orders - and we emailed you on 16th - the day after your order to advise we would expect your order to take 7 to 10 working days to reach Poland. I have checked our email servers and I can find no evidence that our email was rejected so I wonder if it might have ended up in a 'spam' folder? Please also bear in mind that this was a free shipping service. Thank you for giving us 4 stars despite your concerns and we hope this will not put you off ordering in future. This was not the first time that I've ordered from Pediwear, and certainly not the last! Pros - great selection of shoes, sizes and brands. Also, I''ve found the prices to be unbeatable. Cons - slow delivery ( I live in Denmark) Overall, a good experience

Pediwear accidentally sent me shoes in the wrong size. I was asked to return them, which I did, to get the correct ones. I was able to change the model of the shoe to a different one of the same price, and I got a refund of the costs related to shipping back shoes to Pediwear. Mistakes sometimes happen and Pediwear solved it in a good way, I will for sure return to them for my next pair of shoes.

Bought 2 pair of Laokes 1880. Good value compared to Allen Edmonds , Alden even with shipping. 1st pair arrived with. Shoe horn, suede brush and 10% auto discount in next order. 2nd pair ordered 3 days after 1st , arrived with no extras and the 10% disc was not applied

The vast majority of parcels arrive in good condition with little or no damage to the box - so I am very sorry to hear this happened to your box. All parcels sent to China are wrapped with additional protection to prevent this sort of problem - but very rarely this sort of damage does occur. The holdall arrived well packaged and was exactly as it had appeared on your website. The only thing I would say is that it took a long time for you to despatch the holdall after I had ordered it on-line. I had an email to confirm the order and then nothing for ages. It was only after my husband phoned to find out what was happening with our order that it was actually despatched. I think somehow in your systems it had got lost?! All was well in the end though and it arrived in time for Christmas (it was a present for my son).

Slower delivery than normal due to the order being made at Xmas time, but they were very helpful in ensuring my order would be delivered as soon as possible; the personal touch still counts. I've used them twice and will continue to do so.

Ship fast and good customer service. But there're some tiny defects on my order which should not happen from a famous old English shoemaker.

Ecco shoes are in good quality. However, there are some problems existing in the shipping. I couldn't get the parcel until I called the post to check. The reason is that the mobile number is wrong. The situation is that I called to your colleague to change the mobile number so that the post could get in touch with my dad in China when I ordered the shoes, but the mobile number on the parcel is still the original one. Hope that it will not happen again.

Very happy with the Mephisto shoes. Delivery was a bit slow due to some mistake as to whether they in fact had it in stock. I had to chase it up before they realised this. But dealing with a small personal operation meant that it was easy to sort this out and I wasn't in a desperate hurry. This is the second time I have bought Mephisto shoes from Pediwear. On both occasions the prices have been rather cheaper than elsewhere.

Have made two purchases from Pediwear. Service has been excellent with both, very good communication from the outset. My only grumble is the cost of postage for lower value items - ordered a tin of polish & the postage cost was very high given the item value & it did not appear possible to buy multiples without the postage multiplying too.

Please note that we are always willing to review our shipping costs - and many customers ordering multiple shoe care items send us a list of items so that we can separately quote them for shipping. For small numbers of items the shipping costs accurately reflect the costs to us, but as customers add more items we recognise that our shopping basket does not take account of multiple costs.
