“They made good on their promise to match and beat the prices of their competitors, which was very much appreciated. However, the leather of the shoes I bought (Loake Angelsey) was defective and had to be returned to the manufacturer. But this is of course not Pediwear's fault. Invoice system could be better.”

“I was please buy (properly) made in England doc marten shoes which although they are more expensive are certainly far superior to the Chinese DMs and actually fit properly. Pediwear's price is cheaper than other websites and their service is good.”

“Great product selection but some of them are not in stock and the waiting time can be couple of weeks... Information about product availability - even at manufacturer level - should be communicated when placing the order. Outside of that, quick delivery, good customer service and the product are very good quality”

Dear Customer Thank you for your review - we are pleased to hear you appreciate the choice we offer. In order to offer this choice we offer styles which we believe to be available from the manufacturer at short notice - usually within 24 hours to a week. Most of our customers appreciate the choice this gives then, and the slight delay for some styles is often not even noticed. We try to keep our website as up to date as possible, removing styles which are no longer available. Unfortunately there is no method by which we can show availability at the manufacturer at present. However, our advisers are available via live chat, telephone and email - so if you have an enquiry about availability please do not hesitate to contact us before ordering. Regards Mike

“The Pediwear website is informative and easy to use. The ordering process is straight forward. I received the shoes in a reasonable amount of time given they were coming to New Zealand. There was some slight damage to the box - which did concern me as if they were unsuitable they needed to be returned in a saleable condition - but perhaps the slight damage would not have been an issue. Fortunately they didn't need to be returned - and are fantastic. Having a lower cost/free shipping option was a real bonus - and is something some rivals do not offer.”

Dear Customer Thank you for your review and for giving us 4 stars despite receiving the wrong colour. Clearly we should have noticed that the wrong colour was in the box. Our team do open every box before sending to check for faults and sizing (as well as colour). On this occasion it would appear that the colour was not checked thoroughly enough - I will repeat our previous apology for any inconvenience caused. It is very usual for us to find this particular brand in the wrong packaging and even more so for us to then fail to notice this at despatch. We would usually expect to be displaying at least 4 views - I was not aware that we only had two shots of this shoe. I will ensure this situation is rectified.
