“Very happy with my shoes! And the free shoe trees and suede brush made me buy from you. I didn't give you 5 stars because delivery was a little slow. But really no complaints! Thank you :)”

I note that your footwear took 10 working days to arrive - which is longer than we originally estimated. I suspect there must have been a delay obtaining your size from the manufacturer. “It's my first time to buy something from Pediwear, the goods is received in good condition and consistent with descriptions, the only problem is the delayed dispatch, due my contact number is not noted on the expredd bill, the courier can't dispatch on time.”

“The arrival to the product may be early. The correspondence by the email is early, too and can feel relieved. Because the corner of the shoebox bent, it is necessary to think about some packing.”

“Most of the time WebShop has performed very well. However once I found myself on situation shoes I thought are available for me on stock were sold out and delivery time ended up far longer than expected. Hope this is not possible anymore.”

“Great shoes. Love it. Delivery is fast too although the product was out of stocks when I ordered it. Pediwear emailed me the next day asking if I wanted to wait for the order or canceled it. Once the stock is in, delivery is fast. I didn't received the free socks that was promised. Maybe they miss it but this didn't marred the great experience. Will get another pair from them next time.”

Dear Customer Thank you for your review and for giving us 4 stars despite the delays you experienced. We certainly understand your frustration, these shoes took much longer than would normally have been expected. The delay was partly caused because the manufacturers initially sent the wrong size, however we would usually expect this sort of difficulty to take no more than a week or so to resolve. It seemed to take a long time to get the first pair and the replacement from the factory. Having reviewed our order and our communications I think we could have kept you better informed regarding these delays - we will endeavour to improve our communications in future. “I an extremely pleased with the way the entire lifecycle of the sales process has been handled right from the start. Each concern was addressed with appropriate recommendations throughout. The final delivery with additional shoe polish was a nice touch, and the delivery was way sooner than expected, sometimes even local products have a longer delivery time. All in All, i'm happy to provide testimonials to ensure the word spreads out of the fantastic team of Pediwear.”

“bought a pair of barker glasgow. price was really good as well bought it during the sale. shipping took around 2 days to get out of pediwear. supposed to get a free shoe horn (one less star for it.) as stated in the invoice but no such item was in the packaging or box. nevertheless, it doesn't undermine the business or its friendliness and quick updating of the status from placing the order to the time commitment to deliver.”

“Eeven though the delivery time was a bit longer, because of the delivery from manufacturer i was overall really satisfied with how my order was handled. The customer support is really quickand helpfull. When i found in my parcel 2 shoe polish waxes as gift it just a cherry on top of overall perfect customer handling and service. The gift shoe polish to such big order, which i believe i've had, is just that one addition that will make me come back again. Best Regards Martin”
