“Probably the finest service I have ever received by any online retailer in any category and in any country. Charming, helpful, extremely quick to respond to e-mails, sensible pricing, sound advice, surprisingly rapid delivery with very reasonable delivery charges. What more can you ask? “Pediwear were unable to fulfil my order immediately due to the manufacturer not being able to supply stock. They did however contact me straight away and explain the situation and offer me the possibility of either cancelling my order or waiting for the shoes. They dealt well with a hiccup in the process that was beyond their control.”

“I was on the train home from London on a rainy Sunday having seen a shoe care kit by Paul Smith for £450. I searched for it online and came across the Pediwear site. The loake valet kit had everything I wanted and in a beautiful box too. I placed my order on the iPad and it arrived at home the next Tuesday. It was well packed and I even had an email from the courier telling me when to expect delivery. I am highly delighted with both the product and the service and would not hesitate to recommend your company. Well done!”
