“Absolutely outstanding service”

“Website needs updating but functions well. Packing and shipping was very quick. Parcelforce could not find my address for 2 delivery attempts, but their customer service was very good at conveying my instructions for a successful 3rd delivery. Packaging was flimsy - thankfully no damage to goods inside. Overall however a pretty good service.”

“Cannot say anything about the shoes as they were delivered to the wrong place and I don't have them yet. Also there was a delay between the order and dispatch which tends to suggest that they did not have them in stock at the time. If that was the case it would have been convenient to have been told so that I could purchase elsewhere.”

“Great. Open the web, surf a little, compare prices, target Pediwear and order. Emails from Pediwear kept confidence at high level while waiting for parcel. Received exactly what has been requested. Would have appreciated tracking with Canada Postal Services as did Royal Postal Services. Thanks.”

“I'm an Englishman living in Melbourne, Australia and have been finding out just how hard it is to source well made shoes for a decent price. The going rate for the shoes I bought is around $450, a little too steep for me. I found Pediwear, and got in touch with their sales dept who advised me on price, shipping rates and times, stock level, and most crucially sizing. I felt confident in their advice and so made the purchase. A week later and three days faster than advised, the shoes arrived with a couple of free gifts and I couldn't be happier. I think this is probably the best online sales experiences I can remember, and I hope to be buying from Pediwear again in the future.”

“Dealing with pediwear was a fantastic experience. My emails on sizing questions were answered within hours, my shipment arrived (overseas) in less than a week, and the pricing of course, was unbeatable. They also threw in some shoe polish and a shoe horn which was not expected, but much appreciated. I hope I have many more opportunities to purchase from them in the future. These guys are now the archetype I will use to judge other companies whom I do business with online.”

“I was pleased that Pediware let me know immediately that the shoes I requested were out of stock for up to a month. These were despatched as they came into stock and the hand-written slip in the package was a nice touch.”
