“Ordering from the other side of the world was extremely simple. I was immediately advised that the shoes I ordered were out of stock and when they were expected. I was also given the opportunity to cancel my order because of the delay. The shoes ended up arriving two weeks earlier than expected which is always a good thing. The only area for improvement is the packaging. The shoe box was wrapped in a single layer of brown paper with minimal packaging tape. By the time it was delivered to me the wrapping was half off and the lid of the box was torn and able to fall half open. It was lucky that I ended up with two shoes being delivered. This is one of the few occasions when a little more (red) tape would be of enormous benefit.”

“The shoes I selected were initially out of stock. They gave me option of cancelling order or stay in the system which I elected to do. They regularly updated me on progress & when came time for shipping alerted me & kept in touch when I queried delivery by local service in Australia. Very polite courteous & efficient.”
