“Great service but now won't use it again as Pediwear won't ship Loake shoes to Australia. Very unhappy”

Thank you very much for your review and 5 stars despite your disappointment. Unfortunately all UK retailers are now restricted in the same way, so we are unable to assist you with ordering Loakes. However, we offer many similar brands and Stephen is an expert in advising on fitting alternatives - so please so consider us when you next require footwear - try on live chat and or emails. “Very efficient company, goods quickly despatched, good price plus free shoe trees. Could improve website by showing stock levels of each shoe size. Would purchase again from them.”

“Fantastic service. I placed a rushed order for the Loake shoe shine box for my sons 21st . Even though I initially had a problem with my card they managed to get the item to me in time and were very helpful. Shoe box is beautiful”

“Have made two purchases from Pediwear. Service has been excellent with both, very good communication from the outset. My only grumble is the cost of postage for lower value items - ordered a tin of polish & the postage cost was very high given the item value & it did not appear possible to buy multiples without the postage multiplying too.”

Please note that we are always willing to review our shipping costs - and many customers ordering multiple shoe care items send us a list of items so that we can separately quote them for shipping. For small numbers of items the shipping costs accurately reflect the costs to us, but as customers add more items we recognise that our shopping basket does not take account of multiple costs. Please don't hesitate to email us in future before you place an order so that we can give you a better price on shipping. We only ever to seek to cover our own costs with shipping. Kind Regards
