“Pen and paper got my order wrong they sent me the right pen with the wrong colour ink. However this is where great service comes into play. One quick phone call and they sent me the black refill next day without any hesitation or issues and they let me even keep the blue one. Fast and efficient service. However the initial purchase isn't 1st class delivery. Hopefully they can stretch to this in the future.”

“Fantastic personalised customer service. When the book I wanted was out of stock I was contacted, and given a couple of options, and when the book became available it was sent at no extra postage charge. Excellent!”

“The notebook colour I ordered was out of stock, I received an e-mail promptly to notify me and was given the option of choosing another colour or cancelling. Once I chose the new colour, my order was despatched quickly and really appreciated the Lamy pen pouch. Thank you for great service and good prices during your sale/promotion.”
