“I have dealt with pen & paper for many years and recently purchased the new Lamy studio LX all black ballpoint from them. As always the service was first class especially from Amber, keeping me informed of the date of arrival in to store and then dispatch. I would not hesitate to highly recommend this company and I look forward to purchasing the new Lamy products from them in September.”

“Great Service - Lamy 2000 - Very good and friendly service delivered by Sarah and Amber. The original pen delivered had a useless nib that wouldn’t start which was a Lamy manufacturing issue ( nib tyne gap was enormous). P&P were very very apologetic and quickly replaced the duff pen quickly without any hassle (even arranged special delivery direct from Lamy. Replacement writes beautifully and uphold the pens deserved reputation. P&P even sent me a free bottle of Hebrin ink as compensation for my inconvenience. Pen & Paper highly recommended.”
