“Reliable, accessible outsourced HR department. Have been with them for 10 years since the start of our small business and we can safely say that it was the best decision we ever made. They drew up all the documentation we needed, e.g. Employee Handbook, various policy documents, and have kept them updated as legislation changes. It also includes insurance against tribunals which is a real boon. We are automatically kept up to date with all employee legislation and they are always contactable for general and specific employee advice. It is akin to having a fully staffed HR department of experienced, knowledgeable personnel actually in your own premises. I have recommended them many times over.”

“Our onboarding call was professionally handled by Harry Lister. He was able to explain to us what would happen form this point forward, our options and an introduction to the software we will be using. Harry also answered all our queries and was a calm and friendly introduction to the company. Peninsula is clearly a well organised establishment and we look forward to working with you.”

“We have just renewed to a longer term contract with Peninsula after trying them out for 12 months. The service they have provided has been excellent. Shortly after sending an advice email i get a call from the person within peninsula who can advise. The advice has always been excellent - in particular Karen Wilson is amazing! Calls back promptly, listens carefully before giving the correct advise. Her follow up emails have always been really helpful. She certainly gives me the confidence to carry out my HR duties professionally. The Bright HR and Bright Safe Portals are excellent. I can easily keep track of annual leave, sick leave days etc. On the Bright Safe portal i am able to assign e-learning courses with deadlines and then can easily check that they have been done. Great service, thank you!”
