His advice, guidance and response times were very much appreciated, and every conversation with him was extremely professional but friendly & informal. “Susan Smithson was very knowledgeable following our visit today for H&S; the report was sent back in less than 24 hours so that we could progress with the action points. Everything which Susan said she would action has also been completed. Very pleased with the information provided and even upgraded our system.”

“Darren Mulholland recently supported me, a line manager with a high-risk HR issue. It was great to have his support and advice. Darren helped me draft emails and how I should and should not respond to emails. We discussed settlements with the employee early on, but it has yet to lead to this. In hindsight, it would have been better to focus on resolving that settling instantly. The business has been pleased with the support, and I found Darren a great support. Thank you.”
