“Dear team, I do not usually have the time to post reviews but i feel obliged to express my gratitude and appreciation for the health and safety that i am receiving by one of your Health and safety consultants Mimi Moghaddam. Mimi has been taking care my medical centre THE FETAL MEDICINE CENTRE for the last 5 years and her expertise and support has helped me excel in external inspections mainly from Care Quality commission. She has really gone over and above when i contacted her on weekends or late evenings even though is out of business working hours. I do not know if i would even pass these inspections if it was not for Mimi's help support and guidance. Mimi is an invaluable asset to Peninsula and your leadership should be aware of her hard work and dedication and i believe such employees should be recognized and rewarded by their employers. I hope you will take this feedback into consideration and reward Mimi for her excellent work ethic. “Amy has been amazing in assisting me to get a full set of HR documentation up together within a month. Amy is very knowledgeable and personable; she was very patient when we had technical issues on one of the Teams calls and also when I needed her to go through several iterations of changes to tailor the standard documents to align with the nature and culture of our business. Nothing was too much trouble and all tasks were actioned promptly.”

“I have been working with Mimi for the last few months on getting out Health and Safety compliance in our charity. She also guided me as to what I need to prepare. I was apprehensive before her visit because H&S is very extensive and I had no idea where to start. Mimi guided me through everything patiently and set up dates to follow up on the progress. She also helped me with reports and patiently resent me the documents I still wasn't compliant on. I love working with her and I hope they won't change her for any other adviser.”
