“Isobel Ford has taken us through the onboarding process quickly and efficiently. She was very friendly and approachable, and we felt comfortable asking all the questions that we needed to. Shortly after the onboarding meeting I had a quick call with Stephen O'Byrne, one of your H&S advisors, who was also very friendly and helpful. If all your staff are as friendly, helpful and knowledgeable as Isobel and Stephen then I am very much looking forward to working with Peninsula over the coming years.”

“I've used Peninsula HR for a number of years and always had an excellent service from their HR advisers*. Recently they helped me deal with a difficult HR issue. Lorna Stafford handed over to Razan Abu-Hashish on a Friday evening to ensure I could wrap it up on the Saturday - so my staff could move on knowing the issue was resolved. Thank you to Razan and Lorna - your help was reassuring and invaluable. *I got a sales call asking me if I would like their face to face service - when I had already been offered that by the adviser. I also got a call asking me if I would like the health and safety service, when I've told Peninsula on numerous occasions that I don't want it. if Peninsula could fix this tendency to try to sell things that I've already declined, they'd get more frequent recommendations from me.”

“I have had to call Peninsula a few times, for various things from disciplinary advice through to most recently interview advice from Darren, and they have always been really helpful, quick with their responses, and very professional. They have always followed up by putting everything in writing so you can read through it again and make sure you have understood what was discussed. Would definitely recommend.”

“Wow! From the start process of choosing Peninsula to the onboarding it has been an absolute joy, we have learnt so much in such a small space of time and we look forward to being supported by such a fantastic company. The Health and Safety meeting in the office was great and they sent us what we needed in super quick time ensuring we are complaint. The teams meeting with Amy today was very insightful and interesting.
