“I found Sarah to be very knowledgeable and very patient with me when i still didn`t understand what her advice was, she very calmly spoke to me again and another colleague and once we had digested what we had been told were able to understand much better. Thank you for your help”

“Had first session with Mark Jessop today 30/01/23. We are a pub restaurant and have only been up and running for less than a year so we were keen to get our compliance in place. Mark has done a great job getting us started on the right path with excellent advice and writing our contracts. He has made the minefield of HR seem like a walk in the country. Looking forward to working further with Peninsula over the coming years as our business grows.”

“The help and advice I have received from Nicola Strawbridge has been absolutely fantastic. My case was quite sensitive and Nicola guided me through the whole process, making me feel that she was quite literally in the meeting with me. It made such a difference that she had a background in the hospitality industry as our challenges can be unique, but Nicola understood exactly the problems that I was having with a particular staff member and helped me to resolve them. Thanks Nicola, you made this stressful situation a whole lot easier for me!”

“We had a difficult issue with an employee that we needed to dismiss. Kirstyn helped us through the process, ensuring we followed all legal employment processes. Every question we had, Kirstyn provided a quick and effective respond. She really took the hassle out of having to undertake this dismissal. Its really good to have employees who have an understanding of your situation, and are able to 'handhold you' through a difficult situation to make sure you do everything correctly.”

“As a small accountancy business, we have used Peninsula to oversee our health and safety for many years and we are very happy with the services offered. For the last 4 or 5 years our contact has been with Sarah Merchant who is a fantastic adviser. She is approachable, helpful, knowledgeable and professional. Our recent Fire Risk Assessment has been extremely helpful in indicating the areas of the building that need updating and we have been able work towards these goals. As the health and safety officer, I look forward to our annual meetings as I always feel Sarah is able to keep me on track, deal with any queries and steer me in the right direction with dealing with all our ongoing health and safety issues.”
