“I always ask for Rhona Macfarlane when I call Peninsula. She has been fantastic in helping me navigate my way through HR issues. Her demeanour makes me feel calmer about situations that have sometimes had me climbing the walls and she explains everything so well that I am never left questioning "why?" Sometimes I have called just to check that I am on the right track, and the support I get is the same as when I call and don't know which way to turn, friendly yet professional, informative, supportive and always leaves me grateful that the company I work for use Peninsula.”

“Customer service was excellent today helping my understanding of Health and Safety. I was finding it overwhelming, however Elinaas helped me to prioritise and not to panic. I feel happy to go forward and implement the health and safety rules. I feel supported and more confident to take steps to implement health and safety rules.”

“Thank you Ariel Zorychta for your continued support. Ariel has changed roles but still assists me where she can which has been a huge help given as she knows my business well and I really appreciate the support and tailored advice she provides. I feel like she is a remote employee of ours as she has been there for us through so many changes throughout our business. “Tom Gregory is my 'go to' HR advisor, he is absolutely brilliant. I have had the pleasure of dealing with him from the start of COVID all the way to now. During the pandemic with all the questions and queries surrounding mandatory vaccinations etc. he was not only knowledgeable with the changing regulations but also a valuable support; he would check in regularly for updates and helped us so much. His advice and processes were clear and easy to follow. He is a real credit to the company.”
