“Mimi has been coming to complete our annual H&S reviews for the past 4/5 years. She is very thorough in her job and explains any updates to the management system that I need to know about. She also advises of any relevant training she feels might benefit the team. She is a very personable person and says everything with a smile.”

“Just had my first meeting with Mark Jessop at Peninsula and was delighted to find how easy he made it to navigate through the extensive support, guidance and tech back up provided by peninsula to their customers. Mark himself was very friendly yet succinct and measured in his delivery and obviously very customer focused. Early days but seemingly great value for a significant amount of support and massive peace of mind in such a business critical area.”

“When dealing with a particularly delicate and difficult situation, the help I received from Lisa Rhodes and Curtis Stevens was exemplary. It was a complex situation and both knew the ins and outs of the situation and were able to advise me accordingly. They also responded quickly, efficiently but still making sure every i was dotted and every t crossed. I can't rate them highly enough. Thank you!”

She was incredibly detail-oriented and focused, always taking the time to understand the unique needs of the clinic and how best to address them. Her knowledge and expertise in HR were evident from the start, and she consistently provided valuable insights and recommendations to help the clinic maintain not just the required standards but to stand out above the competition. Mimi's availability was also second to none. She was always accessible and willing to help, whether it was answering a quick question or diving into a more complex issue. Her responsiveness and willingness to go the extra mile made a significant difference in the clinic's ability to maintain its high standards. What truly set Mimi apart, however, was her expertise. “I am definitely not a fan of phoning 'help desks' which, in my experience, tend to be 'un-helpful desks'. So imagine my joy today in contacting Einaas Farooky today to ask for some support in finding an Occupational Driving Risk Assessment - and receiving the most polite and helpful response!! I have even arranged a Teams call to enable Einaas to guide me through the 'finer points' of the BusinessSafe portal. Thank you Einaas - keep up the good work - you are a credit to your Team!!”

“I always ask for Rhona Macfarlane when I call Peninsula. She has been fantastic in helping me navigate my way through HR issues. Her demeanour makes me feel calmer about situations that have sometimes had me climbing the walls and she explains everything so well that I am never left questioning "why?" Sometimes I have called just to check that I am on the right track, and the support I get is the same as when I call and don't know which way to turn, friendly yet professional, informative, supportive and always leaves me grateful that the company I work for use Peninsula.”

“Customer service was excellent today helping my understanding of Health and Safety. I was finding it overwhelming, however Elinaas helped me to prioritise and not to panic. I feel happy to go forward and implement the health and safety rules. I feel supported and more confident to take steps to implement health and safety rules.”
