“Speaking to the consultants and advisors is always a positive experience, they are always polite, jolly, and eager to support as much as they can. No queries are left unresolved. I have especially appreciated the support of Lorraine Smart, who is thorough and fair, but also a friendly, insightive positive person to speak to.”

“Razan Abu-Hashish puts the human into Human Resources!! I received such a compassionate insight from the lens of the employee whilst remaining mindful of the needs of the employer that I felt compelled to acknowledge! Thank you Razan, for balancing excellent employment law advice with the recognition of how societal needs are changing post covid and in light of the current crises in the economy. It’s not easy to find a workable solution, but your wisdom made me feel supported and understood whilst being mindful of any risks to the business.”

“Jamil was the consummate professional and could not have been more helpful or patient. He supported my self initially, followed by my assistant to complete a tricky risk assessment for a programme, alongside a more straight forward venue assessment. “I am so grateful for the tailored advice given to me from Ariel Zorychta. We carried out an annual health questionnaire with staff and Ariel took the time to review each one and give individual advice on each document and was able to help us arrange an occupational health service. What I like about working with Ariel is she really listens, and all her responses doesn’t feel like she’s reading from a script, all her advice is practical and easy to follow. Ariel also follows up after she spoke to me to see how I was getting on with everything. I feel like a valued customer and by working with Ariel I feel like she is a part of our business and really understands how we operate. I recommend Peninsula for any small business who wants to take their H&S and HR duties seriously.”

“Samera is our account manager, and was very polite and informative during the onboarding call. We booked in our Health and Safety visit, as well as my training for Bright Safe with ease, and I look forward to working with her on our Health and Safety journey. Excellent service.”
