“My first point of contact was with Julian. There is a lot of information to take in on setting up this account, but I have to say Julian was so friendly and reassuring that I felt more confident about it all at the end of the call. He is very professional while still being down to earth and easy to talk to. I enjoyed our phonecall!”

“Helpful and prompt responses, from friendly and (mostly) knowledgeable staff. Preferred when working with one dedicated agent - recently with Amanda Dawes who has been fantastic. Always surprised Peninsula staff are not trained on BrightHR and v.v. It would be very useful if they were.”
