“Lisa.R spoke so friendly to me I felt like we were friends for years. Swiftly resolved my query and gave me some more advice about using an app to help me make decisions quicker. Peninsula always helps me and makes me feel more confident in my role as a manager and with excellent customer service like Lisa displayed today I will always be advising other company’s to sign on to recieve the same support I get every time I call. “We have been using Peninsula for almost 4 years now and have been very happy with their support and advice on many different cases. Razan Abu-Hashish has helped me with a lot of these cases, some more complicated than others. She is always willing to help and is excellent at explaining and guiding me through the processes. Razan has given me the confidence to conduct certain meetings myself and I always feel supported when speaking to her.”

“Our company has used the services of Peninsula for several years and we are always so impressed with the efficiency and professionalism of their staff. The call never rings more than 4 times before the call is answered and you get to speak to an intelligent person on the other end, Einaas was great with dealing with my query and the issue was explained brilliantly. I would highly recommend their service.”

“Had a visit from Sue Smithson this week to revise our Fire Risk Assessment, Sue arrived on time and got straight to work, prior to our visit Sue had informed me of all the information she would need so i was able to get it ready for her arrival. The Assessment went really well and was completed in a timely and professional manner. Thank you for your support in this matter.”

“Had our very first H&S check up with Susan Smithson and it was a very eye-opening experience due to all the checks and requirements that were missing from our business. However, we were eased into the world of H&S and we couldn't have hoped for anyone else to guide us. Susan was brilliant, great to talk to, and a real asset to Peninsula. You do get a sense of relief knowing she will be by our side as we progress and the business grows. Thank you Susan.”
