“I had trouble logging in, and Einaas Farooky, was so helpful, she completely reset my email and log in and managed to send all tasks back to me, without any problems, very efficient.”

I have peace of mind knowing I am supported and helped to maintain a safe and compliant company, especially the support from Susan Smithson who on a recent visit found the literature and info I needed. “Lisa Rhodes was very professional, listened carefully, analysed the issues and asked my opinion. We then agreed the fairest and most risk-free way forward. The letter she drafted and sent me was very clear and to the point. The issue was resolved rapidly with the staff member. She responded promptly to my final email.
