“We were very impressed with the service provided during the recent visit from Peninsula. Tom Edgar very quickly gained an insightful understanding of our organisation which enabled him to adopt a pragmatic and supportive approach. He was able to suggest very practical ways in which to implement required changes and to make effective use of BusinessSafe. I left the call feeling confident in what actions I need to take and within 5 minutes of the call ending I had a draft document that I could use written by Lisa. Exceptional service, thank you”

“Katelyn Rowan phoned in response to an email I had sent earlier in the day, so I was pleased by her speedy reply. She understood exactly what my situation was in handling an employee and made various suggestions of how to handle this. We agreed on the one that best fit my purpose after talking through all the options. I requested an email response as I wasn't in a position to take notes whilst we were speaking. The email from her came through within 15 minutes. Excellent service!”
