“I cannot rate the assistance that I have received from Lisa Rhodes highly enough. Thoughout a complicated disciplinary process she has always been on hand with excellent advice and guidance, has been proactive in getting back to me if I've called and she has been unavailable due to meetings etc. and, most importantly has done all of this with an approachable manner which made a tricky situation much easier.”
